摘 要
缸套和活塞環(huán)是發(fā)動機(jī)中最重要的部件之一,它們的潤滑和磨損狀況直接影響發(fā)動機(jī)的性能。在人們能源和環(huán)境意識日益增強(qiáng)的今天,利用傳統(tǒng)的缸套內(nèi)表面機(jī)械珩磨技術(shù)來提高缸套和活塞環(huán)的潤滑性能已經(jīng)越來越不能滿足人們的要求。隨著激光應(yīng)用技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,國外又提出了一種叫激光珩磨技術(shù)的缸套處理新方法,它能夠更好地改善缸套和活塞環(huán)的潤滑性能以及提高缸套的表面硬度,但相關(guān)技術(shù)均為保密。因此,進(jìn)行激光珩磨相關(guān)技術(shù)的研究并進(jìn)一步開發(fā)具有我國自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的激光珩磨設(shè)備具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價值。
本文主要作了以下兩個方面的研究工作:
1.系統(tǒng)分析了激光珩磨機(jī)床的功能特點(diǎn)及工作原理,介紹了驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的組成部分,其中包括底座、立柱、工作臺等。根據(jù)工件和激光頭的移動,選取滑臺,同時運(yùn)用精加工部分表面,保證了立柱的垂直度。
2.在原有的機(jī)床床身外殼基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),原有的機(jī)床外殼有一些加固支撐的錯誤,對機(jī)床床身的設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)是以改進(jìn)的角度進(jìn)行。
本論文對激光珩磨專用機(jī)床的機(jī)床床身及驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)研究,對于激光珩磨機(jī)床在我國的推廣應(yīng)用及開發(fā)我國自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的新型機(jī)床具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

Abstract
Cylinder liner and piston ring is one of the most important parts of engine, their lubrication and wear condition directly affects the performance of the engine. In people's energy and environmental awareness increasing today, to improve the lubrication performance of cylinder liner and piston rings using the traditionalcylinder surface mechanical honing technology has become increasingly unable to meet people's requirements. With the rapid development of laser application technology, and proposes a foreign name of laser honing cylinder processing method, it can better improve the lubrication performance of cylinder liner and piston ring and cylinder liner to improve surface hardness, but the related techniques are confidential. Therefore, laser honing equipment of laser honingtechnology and further development with our own intellectual property rights, has practical application value.
This paper mainly studied the following two aspects:
A systematic analysis of the features and working principle of laser honing machine, the component of the drive system, which comprises a base, column,table etc.. According to the movement, the workpiece and the laser headselection table, while the use of precision machining parts surface, the column verticality.
On the basis of the original machine shell, was improved, machine shell originalsome strengthening support error, design focuses on the machine tool bed is theimproved angle.
And the driving system of the machine tool bed on laser honing machine, has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the new machine laser honing machine application in China and the development of China's independent intellectual property rights.
