摘要:目前，隨著世界科技的進(jìn)步，金融已成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，農(nóng)村金融又是現(xiàn)代金融的重要組成部分。伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，農(nóng)村金融改革和發(fā)展步伐也在逐步加快，而且取得了較好的成績。建設(shè)和諧農(nóng)村金融生態(tài)環(huán)境是社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的一個重要內(nèi)容，但由于我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展存在的缺陷及農(nóng)村金融內(nèi)在的一些體制性不足，導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村金融生態(tài)環(huán)境存在不和諧因素，這不利于加快社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。本文在探討運用馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，借鑒運用生態(tài)學(xué)概念，提出農(nóng)村金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的內(nèi)涵。通過對我國農(nóng)村金融生態(tài)環(huán)境縱向和橫向發(fā)展分析，得出我國農(nóng)村金融生態(tài)環(huán)境面臨良好的發(fā)展壞境，但也存在一定的缺陷，最后提出構(gòu)建和諧農(nóng)村金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的設(shè)想。

Research on rural financial ecological problems of China
Abstract : Now days, with the advances of the technology in the world, finance has become the core of modern economy, rural finance is an important part of modern finance. Along with the economic development, rural financial reforms and the pace of development has gradually accelerated, and achieved good results. Building a harmonious rural financial ecological environment is one of the important parts of building a new socialist countryside, because of rural economic of China and social development and rural finance defects inherent in the institutional deficiencies, leading to the presence of rural financial ecological environment factors of disharmony, which is not conducive accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside. This paper examines the use of basic economic theory and Marxist theories of Western economics, drawing on the use of ecological concepts presented connotation rural financial ecological environment. Through the vertical and horizontal development of rural financial ecological environment analysis, the financial environment in China has good environment to develop ,but there are some flaws still alive, the final proposal of building a harmonious vision of rural financial ecological environment.
