摘 要
作為企業(yè)中十分重要的一項(xiàng)資產(chǎn), 現(xiàn)金不僅影響著企業(yè)日常的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng),而且影響著企業(yè)其他一系列的交易行為,比如企業(yè)的融資行為、投資行為、并購(gòu)行為等等。因此,企業(yè)現(xiàn)金持有一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者學(xué)術(shù)研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。
論文首先歸納了現(xiàn)金持有和企業(yè)價(jià)值的含義及影響因素。其次對(duì)我國(guó)上市公司現(xiàn)金持有狀況進(jìn)行了分析，考慮現(xiàn)金持有對(duì)企業(yè)價(jià)值的非線(xiàn)性關(guān)系，構(gòu)建較合理的模型并通過(guò)實(shí)證分析指出現(xiàn)金持有對(duì)企業(yè)價(jià)值的影響。
論文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)上市公司的現(xiàn)金持有量在近些年的平均值為49%,明顯高于歐美等西方國(guó)家的公司。
論文以我國(guó)深、滬市上市公司2010年-2013年的數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,研究現(xiàn)金持有量對(duì)企業(yè)價(jià)值的影響。回歸結(jié)果表明,現(xiàn)金持有量與企業(yè)價(jià)值正相關(guān),企業(yè)擁有比較充足的現(xiàn)金,即可以抵御財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),又可以把握市場(chǎng)中轉(zhuǎn)瞬即逝的機(jī)會(huì),從而提升企業(yè)價(jià)值。

ABSTRACT

As an important asset in the enterprise, Cash not only relates to the daily production and business activities of the enterprise, and the other trading behavior of the enterprise, such as corporate investment behavior, financing activities,mergers and acquisitions behavior and so on. Therefore, the problem of corporate cash holdings has been a hotspot of academic research at home and abroad.
This paper first summarizes the definition and influencing factors of cash holdings and firm value. Secondly analyzes the listing Corporation cash holdings, and through empirical study of the impact on the enterprise value of the gold holdings.
This study found that cash holdings held by listed companies in China accounted for 49% of the average total assets of enterprises, far higher than the listed companies in the United States and Britain and other European and Americancountries.
This paper studied the impact of corporate cash holdings on corporate valuebased on the 2010-2013 data from China's listed companies of shanghai market. The regression results show that corporate cash holdings are positively correlated with the enterprise value. The enterprise has sufficient cash, which not only can withstand the financial risks, but also can grasp fleeting opportunities in the market, so as to enhance the corporate value.
