[摘要] 我國(guó)與東盟各國(guó)的交往由來已久，且地緣相鄰，文化相近，經(jīng)濟(jì)上共同發(fā)展，政治上相互尊重，具備向更深層次、更寬領(lǐng)域發(fā)展友好合作關(guān)系的條件。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來，我國(guó)與東盟國(guó)家交流頻繁，關(guān)系密切，投資和貿(mào)易總量快速增長(zhǎng)，技術(shù)合作向高層次、多領(lǐng)域發(fā)展。我國(guó)與東盟國(guó)家之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化程度達(dá)到歷史上前所未有的高度，雙方在各領(lǐng)域上迎來了難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。在共同的政治愿望下，中國(guó)和東盟不斷密切相互間的經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等多邊合作，這為中國(guó)-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)的全面建成奠定了重要基礎(chǔ)?；跉W盟和北美自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的成功示范效應(yīng)，可以預(yù)計(jì)，中國(guó)和東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建立，將顯著提升雙邊貿(mào)易水平。為了更好地應(yīng)對(duì)上述的變化，需要結(jié)合相關(guān)的理論、事實(shí)和數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)中國(guó)-東盟框架下的雙邊貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀及前景進(jìn)行較為深入的分析。
文中運(yùn)用模型分析的方法，對(duì)影響中國(guó)在東盟貿(mào)易發(fā)展的諸多因素進(jìn)行了分析研究。文章第一部分首先闡述了中國(guó)-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)的歷程和特征以及研究思路，第二部分闡述中國(guó)-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)雙邊貿(mào)易的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第三部分，運(yùn)用SWOT分析法，分析了我國(guó)在中國(guó)-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)中面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。第四部分，在此基礎(chǔ)上，文章提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議。

[ABSTRACTS] China and ASEAN countries has a long history of contacts, and geographically adjacent, culture, economic common development, the political mutual respect, to the deeper and wider areas to develop friendly relations and cooperation conditions. Since entering the new century, China and ASEAN countries exchange is frequent, close, the rapid growth of the total investment and trade, technical cooperation to develop in the field of high-level, more. Economic integration between China and ASEAN countries reached an unprecedented height in history, the two sides in various fields for the rare development opportunity. Under the common political aspirations, China and the association of south-east Asian nations (ASEAN) has close economic, cultural and other multilateral cooperation between each other, this is China - ASEAN free trade area laid the important foundations of overall. Based on the success of the European Union and north American free trade area demonstration effect, can be expected, the establishment of China and ASEAN free trade area will significantly enhance the level of bilateral trade. In order to better cope with the changes above, requires a combination of related theories, facts and figures, the China- ASEAN bilateral trade under the framework of the current situation and prospects for a more in-depth analysis.
