[摘要]經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的今天，世界各國經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系日益緊密，跨國資本流動愈加頻繁，外商直接投資作為跨國公司全球戰(zhàn)略的重要手段，在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)是影響我國制造業(yè)技術(shù)水平的一個(gè)重要因素。在這種情形下，理清FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)發(fā)生的機(jī)制顯得尤為重要。
本文以中國制造業(yè)的FDI為研究對象，首先闡述了FDI的技術(shù)溢出機(jī)制，而后利用2003-2012年我國制造業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用建立OLS回歸模型的方法，通過規(guī)范分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的研究方法，著重研究了FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的發(fā)生機(jī)制以及產(chǎn)生FDI溢出效應(yīng)的影響因素?；谏鲜龇治?，F(xiàn)DI的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)是確實(shí)存在的，并且企業(yè)的性質(zhì)、企業(yè)對技術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí)能力也有一定關(guān)系。這啟示我們，在強(qiáng)調(diào)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、提高技術(shù)水平的當(dāng)前，恰當(dāng)引入外資有利于我國制造業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步。

FDI Spillover effect research on China's manufacturing technology
[Abstracts]Today, in the development of the economic globalization, the economic connection between countries are increasingly close in the world and cross-border capital flows are more frequent. As an important means of multinational global strategy, foreign direct investment is playing an increasingly important role in the global economy. FDI technology spillover effect is an important factor affecting the level of manufacturing technology. In this case, to clarify the occurring mechanism of FDI technology spillover effects is particularly important.
 In this paper, I will use domestic manufacturing FDI as the funding for the study. First I will elaborate the FDI technology spillover mechanism, and then use panel data of China's manufacturing industry from 2003 to 2012. I will use OLS regression model and use the method established by normative and empirical analysis. In this case, I will focus on mechanism of FDI technology spillover effects and the impact factors of FDI spillovers. Based on the above analysis, the technology spillover effect of FDI is real and has a certain relationship with the nature of the relevant domestic enterprises and the extraversion of foreign investment. This tells us that when emphasizing industrial upgrading and improving the current level of technology, the proper introduction of foreign capital is necessary to manufacturing technical progress.
