摘要：隨著信息技術(shù)和企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展，商務(wù)智能（Business Intelligence，簡稱BI）逐漸成為企業(yè)充分利用數(shù)據(jù)、整合數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的重要模式。商務(wù)智能不僅幫助企業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略決策，而且支持企業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施與執(zhí)行。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行過程中面臨的主要問題在于企業(yè)文化、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、考核與激勵機(jī)制等內(nèi)外部環(huán)境是否與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略匹配，企業(yè)高層管理者是否能夠?qū)?zhàn)略執(zhí)行進(jìn)行有效地引導(dǎo)，制定相互銜接的階段性目標(biāo)，企業(yè)能否對戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行靈活調(diào)整與應(yīng)用等。而商務(wù)智能具有技術(shù)性、用戶多樣性、內(nèi)容廣泛性、可視性、目標(biāo)性、即時性、準(zhǔn)確性、靈活性與共享性的特性，且各特性之間相互影響，相互促進(jìn)，共同推進(jìn)商務(wù)智能系統(tǒng)更好地為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略決策與執(zhí)行提供支持與保障。本研究通過構(gòu)建商務(wù)智能特性對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行的作用模型，運(yùn)用交叉影響分析方法（Cross Impact Analysis，簡稱CIA）明確了商務(wù)智能各特性之間的相互影響關(guān)系，并且獲得對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行最為關(guān)鍵的商務(wù)智能特性。最后，運(yùn)用小米的案例分析，進(jìn)一步佐證了商務(wù)智能在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行中的作用。

Abstract: With the development of information technology, business intelligence(short as “BI”) gradually becomes the important patterns for enterprises to make full use of the data and to integrate data assets. Business intelligence not only helps enterprises to make strategic decisions, but also supports strategy execution. The main problems of strategy execution can be concluded as followed: if the internal and external environment, such as the culture of the enterprise, the structure of the organization, eva luation and incentive mechanisms match with the strategy; if the top managers can effectively guide the execution and set continuous goals; if the enterprise can flexibly carry out the adjustment and application of the strategy. While business intelligence has nine main features: technology, user diversity, universality, visibility, targeted content, real-time, accuracy, flexibility and sharing. The nine features influence between each other and promote each other, and jointly promote the business intelligence system to better support and guarantee strategic decision-making and execution. This study builds the model of how the features of business intelligence influence strategy execution, and uses Cross Impact Analysis method (short as “CIA”) to make the interaction relationship among the features clear and to gain the key features of business intelligence. Finally, analysis of the case of MI further illustrates the role of business intelligence in strategy execution.
