摘要： 本文具體采用了文獻調查、網絡檢索的方法，在文中首先將知識管理和圖書館管理的基礎理論進行了一番闡述，然后在對知識管理這個新概念有大概的理解后再分析了知識管理應用到圖書館管理過程中的必要性，同時針對圖書館管理的需求提出知識管理的可行性分析。之后再通過對圖書館管理工作應用現(xiàn)狀的描述，列舉出圖書館管理目前還存在的問題，再結合知識管理的理論，從人力資源、知識管理系統(tǒng)、知識管理創(chuàng)新以及知識服務等角度簡要論述知識管理在圖書館管理中應用策略。

Study on the application of modern knowledge management in library management

Abstract: This paper uses the methods of literature survey specificallyand the network retrieva l, firstly the paper elaborate the basic theoretical of knowledge management and library management , then analyzes the application of knowledge management necessity to library management process after this new concept of knowledge management probably has been understood , and proposed a feasibility analysis for the knowledge management needs of library management. After a description of the status quo through the library management application, citing the library management problems still exist, combined with theoretical knowledge management, human resources, knowledge management systems, knowledge management, innovation and knowledge services angle brief discussion of knowledge management application strategy in library management.
