摘要:超高壓水射流清洗技術(shù)是近年來(lái)在國(guó)際上發(fā)展起來(lái)的一門(mén)高科技技術(shù),該技術(shù)主要利用高速水射流的動(dòng)能來(lái)剝離表面頑垢,它是以水為介質(zhì),通過(guò)柴油機(jī)組或電機(jī)組驅(qū)動(dòng)大流量增壓器,將水加壓至40000PSI(300Mpa)的壓力,再通過(guò)呈圓周排列的多個(gè)寶石噴嘴噴射而出,噴嘴由油壓或者氣壓驅(qū)動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn),形成多束、多角度、強(qiáng)度各異的超高壓旋轉(zhuǎn)水射流,從而對(duì)需要清潔的表面、設(shè)備內(nèi)結(jié)垢和附著物以及堵塞物進(jìn)行超高壓清洗工作。低壓給水系統(tǒng)是超高壓水射流清洗設(shè)備中的一個(gè)重要的部件。直驅(qū)泵是產(chǎn)生高壓的主要設(shè)備,離心泵是低壓給水系統(tǒng)的主要的部分,低壓給水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)離心泵的效率以及機(jī)器的壽命至關(guān)重要。水刀技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)促使了高壓技術(shù)的提高。
本課題擬設(shè)計(jì)C300超高壓清洗裝備低壓給水系統(tǒng),達(dá)到在額定工況下可連續(xù)工作的目標(biāo),其性能技術(shù)指標(biāo)不低于UH-300高壓泵進(jìn)水的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。兩泵組件主要包括兩大類(lèi):水泵部件和空氣壓縮機(jī)部件,其中水泵部件包括1,水泵頭 2,法蘭接板 3,銅寶塔及接頭 4,水泵槽輪 5,不銹鋼內(nèi)外絲彎頭 6,水泵基座;空氣壓縮機(jī)部件有壓縮機(jī)和壓縮機(jī)槽輪和L氣泵拉板,兩者通過(guò)多楔帶連接,最后與柴油機(jī)相連,通過(guò)柴油機(jī)的動(dòng)力帶動(dòng)水泵和空氣壓縮機(jī)工作。本方案中,設(shè)計(jì)的主要目的在于實(shí)現(xiàn)離心泵進(jìn)水的功能的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)性等要素的綜合考慮,使發(fā)揮最大經(jīng)濟(jì)和功能效應(yīng)。

The Design of low pressure water supply system water jet cleaning equipment.
Abstract: ultra high pressure water jet technology is a technologydeveloped in recent years in the world, the technology is mainly using the kinetic energy of high speed water jet stripping surface stubborn dirt, it is with water as the medium, driven by large flow turbochargerdiesel or turbine, water is pressurized to 40000PSI (300Mpa) the pressure, then through a plurality of nozzles gem circular permutationejected, the nozzle is driven to rotate by a hydraulic or pneumatic,forming a multi beam, multi angle, strength of different ultra high pressure rotating water jet, which need for surface cleaning of equipment, internal fouling and attachment and the blockage of ultra high pressure cleaning. Low pressure water supply system is an important component of ultra high pressure water jet cleaningequipment. Direct drive pump is the main equipment of high voltage,centrifugal pump is the main part of the low pressure water supply system, life is very important for design of low voltage supply systemon the efficiency of the centrifugal pump and the machine. Water jettechnique has the advantage of high technology to improve.
This research is to design C300 ultra high pressure cleaningequipment of low pressure water supply system, to achieve the goalof continuous work in rated condition, its performance is not less thanUH-300 high-pressure pump water standards. The two pump subassembly mainly include two categories: water pump parts and air compressor parts, which includes 1 water pump parts, pump head 2,flange connecting plate 3, copper pagoda and the joint 4, pumpwheel 5, stainless steel inner thread elbow 6, the water pump base;air compressor parts Compressor and compressor wheel and L pumpand pull plate, and they are connected through the multi wedge belt,finally with the diesel engine is connected, water pump and air compressor driven by the power of the diesel engine work. In the scheme, the main purpose of the design is based on the features of the centrifugal pump inlet, considering the realization structure,economic and other factors, so that to maximize the economic and functional effects.
