【摘要】本文寫(xiě)作的目的在于分析我國(guó)匯率市場(chǎng)化的進(jìn)程及現(xiàn)狀，探尋匯率市場(chǎng)化的機(jī)制和步驟進(jìn)而為人民幣匯率市場(chǎng)化提供合理化的建議。本文在綜述匯率市場(chǎng)化相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，分析我國(guó)建國(guó)以來(lái)的匯率制度演變過(guò)程及我國(guó)目前的匯率制度安排，對(duì)比分析曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過(guò)金融危機(jī)的泰國(guó)及墨西哥的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，繼而詳細(xì)分析我國(guó)進(jìn)行匯率市場(chǎng)化的利弊，并結(jié)合金融自由化理論、“三元悖論”等理論對(duì)我國(guó)匯率市場(chǎng)化改革提出建議。本文結(jié)論是：目前，我國(guó)匯率市場(chǎng)化程度還有待推進(jìn)，匯率市場(chǎng)化是我國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)外部沖擊的必然選擇，改革應(yīng)該循序漸進(jìn)，逐步審慎放開(kāi)資本與金融賬戶(hù)。

The research on RMB exchange rate market
Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to analyze the process of Chinese exchange rate market and the status quo, to explore the exchange rate market mechanisms and procedures and then provide recommendations for the rationalization of the RMB exchange rate market. Based on the review of the exchange rate market theory, The paper analyzes the exchange rate system since the founding of our country and the evolution of Chinese current exchange rate regime, comparative analysis of financial crises have occurred in Thailand and Mexico, followed by a detailed analysis of the exchange rate pros and cons of the market, combined with the theory of financial liberalization, "trilemma" theory and then put forward suggestions for the reform of Chinese exchange rate market. This paper concludes that: At present, the degree of exchange rate market has yet to be promoted, our exchange rate market is an inevitable choice to deal with external shocks, reforms should be gradual and open capital and financial account carefully.
