ABC is a small foreign trade company; its business is selling ‘a(chǎn)ll kinds of connectors and cables’. ABC was built about 2000 and it only had 5-6 employees at first. At that time the foreign trade companies and manufactures were both very few and the competition of getting customers from Internet was very little too. So it was very easy to find oversea customers from Internet at that time. But now the situation has changed. There are so many competitors and the ABC Company is facing a more and more serious challenge. Since 2005 ABC has been being hard to obtain new customers; the company only can maintain its former customers. There was no new customers were obtained in recent years. Now the key problem for our ABC Company to exist and develop is to draw new customers to increase our sale volume.
