Nowadays the stakeholder’s responsibility is consistent with the corporation’s benefits so that the process of creating values is a whole confederative course all over the world (James 2009). The stakeholder’s responsibilities are more important than the function of the government in the managerial legitimacy for global companies. For studying the stakeholder’s responsibilities for the companies in society it should be divided into four aspects from bottom to top based on Carroll’s model which are the economic stakeholders legal responsibility ethical responsibility and the philanthropic responsibilities (Stephanie 2008).
