摘要
全球電子商務業(yè)務內容繁雜，數據來往頻繁，要求電子商務系統嚴格、準確、安全、可靠，因此有必要制訂出世界統一的電子商務標準和電子商務（貿易）協議，使得全球電子商務得到順利發(fā)展。
本文主要圍繞網上商城的管理系統這一子系統的設計實現展開。文章根據以往網上商城案例開發(fā)的相關資料，結合課題要求，提出了一套可行性較高的網上商城管理系統設計方案。開發(fā)上采用微軟公司的Visual Studio.net這種目前使用較為廣泛的面向對象開發(fā)工具。

Abstract
This article first introduces the background and the developing situation of electronic commerce at present. Then it analysis these materials and obtains the requests of the system. Both of the system structure and the function module are depended on these requests. This system is divided into the Web application layer, the Service logic level, the Data accessing layer, the Data accessing basic layer, the Connection support layer and the Business entity layer. Moreover, it also can be divided into the consumer and manager module by functions. Later, the article introduces the technologies used in the system such as Session and store procedure. This article unifies concrete cases to analysis the superiority and the scientific nature of using these technical. What’s more, the article briefs the system security and the error processing situation. Finally, it makes the overall summary to the system and summaries attainments.
