摘要 本論文整理概括出中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中管理思想的基礎(chǔ)理論并且理清中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中管理思想的脈絡(luò)，包括歸納出在自我管理、立身行事、有為而治、無(wú)為而治方面儒家、道家、法家、兵家、黃老學(xué)派的管理思想。對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)管理思想在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述并進(jìn)行了分析，海外華人企業(yè)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)管理思想比較重視，日韓企業(yè)相對(duì)重視，相反，大陸企業(yè)反而不重視 。在自我管理、人力資源管理和戰(zhàn)略管理方面敘述了傳統(tǒng)管理思想在大陸現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐中作用......



Abstract This paper summarizes the basic theory of traditional Chinese culture in management thought and clarify the context of Chinese traditional culture in management thought including the induction of management thought of Confucianism Taoism Legalism Bingism Huang-Laoism school in self-management behaviors and deeds administration with doing things administration with doing nothing.This paper describes and analyzes the application of Chinese traditional management thought in modern business practicesoverseas Chinese enterprises place more emphasis on the traditional management thought Korean and Japanese companies relatively pay attention to it on the contrary mainland business do not pay attention to the traditional management thought.This paper describes the role of traditional management thought in mainland modern enterprise management practice in self-management human......
