摘要：
本文首先對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控總體的概況進(jìn)行了概述，指出了遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控所要達(dá)到的要求和具有的特點(diǎn)，針對(duì)這些要求通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)需求分析設(shè)計(jì)了能滿足實(shí)際系統(tǒng)要求的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。并從硬件選型和軟件設(shè)計(jì)等方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)，對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中所涉及到的計(jì)算機(jī)方面的知識(shí)和應(yīng)用技術(shù)進(jìn)行了一定的分析對(duì)在實(shí)現(xiàn)中所遇到的難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探討并給出了行之有效的解決方法。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)將不僅僅是簡(jiǎn)單的報(bào)警監(jiān)視的集合，而會(huì)向生活的方方面面滲透。被動(dòng)的報(bào)警方式將不能滿足防衛(wèi)的要求，系統(tǒng)將加入更多主動(dòng)的內(nèi)容和更強(qiáng)的控制能力。

The earth has become the “global village”. The development of high and new technologies will surely ask the whole alarm system undertaking for higher and further requirements. And the alarm system not only is the gather of Surveillance and alarming. But also it will permeate into any place of the world. And the passive alarming system cannot satisfy the requirement of the defence. So the system will add stronger ability of control.
