摘要: 隨著房產(chǎn)信息管理難度的加大，以往傳統(tǒng)的手工管理已不能滿足當今工作管理的需要，而地理信息系統(tǒng)學科的興起使房產(chǎn)管理部門得以借助GIS 軟件進行更快速的房產(chǎn)信息管理。討論基于MAPINFO平臺建立房產(chǎn)信息空間數(shù)據(jù)庫的方法;通過數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)的采集、數(shù)據(jù)編輯處理、圖形矢量化來完成空間數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立;介紹利用該平臺進行房產(chǎn)信息的查詢、統(tǒng)計、顯示輸出、分析應(yīng)用等一系列管理操作的實施過程。為校園各級管理部門日常工作提供方便快捷的服務(wù)。

The management of house property based on MAPINFO
Abstract: With the difficulty of the house property management,the traditional manual management couldn’t meet demands of nowadays working management.The appearance of the geographical information system makes the house property administrative department work more efficiently by means of GIS software.The paper is based on the MAPINFO to set up house property spatial database .The design of database, the collection of data, the edition of data, vector figuring are to finish foundation of spatial database.This paper also introduces a series of pratical procedure such as inquiry , statistics , output and analysis of house property. So it can provide convenient and fast services for the campus’ administrative department.
