中文摘要
粉煤灰在混凝土中的應(yīng)用是最為普遍的，利用的技術(shù)水平也是最高的。它是粉煤灰綜合利用的主流，也是今后的主要發(fā)展方向。隨著研究工作的深入，粉煤灰對(duì)混凝土各種性能的影響規(guī)律不斷地被揭示，加之粉煤灰的資源化、商品化，其質(zhì)量有了很大程度的提高，使得人們已不再將粉煤灰看成是“廢物”而加以“利用”，而是積極地利用粉煤灰的各種優(yōu)良特性來(lái)改善混凝土的性能。本文研究了采用普通原材料和常規(guī)生產(chǎn)工藝配制方法配制普通C40混凝土，同時(shí)與摻用粉煤灰和玻璃纖維的雙摻配制混凝土通過(guò)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比，按L9(34)正交試驗(yàn)表設(shè)計(jì)混凝土的配合比,用極差分析法分析了混凝土拌合物的工作性能以及硬化后的3d、7d和28d混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度等。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)與優(yōu)化分析,確定了混凝土適用配合比,并在工程應(yīng)用中加以驗(yàn)證。經(jīng)我們反復(fù)試驗(yàn),采用混凝土雙摻技術(shù)(摻合料和外加劑)制備了Ｃ40高性能混凝土。這種混凝土在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)箱養(yǎng)護(hù)28 這種混凝土在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)箱養(yǎng)護(hù)28天后其物理性能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求，同時(shí)滿足流動(dòng)性的設(shè)計(jì)要求，從而保證了工程質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵詞：粉煤灰 混凝土 配合比設(shè)計(jì) 正交試驗(yàn)

The Influence Of Fly Ash In Concrete

Along with the study work through fly ash in concrete,that every kind of function of the influence regulation is announced to public constantly, the recycling that add its fly ash, commercialize, its quantity contain very big degree of exaltation, make people having no longer seen the fly ash is discards that ameliorative concrete that every kind of good characteristic but take into" make use of", but make use of the fly ash progressively to the function.This text studies the common and original material in adoption to produce with the normal regulations the craft prepares the method prepares the common the concrete of C40, using with the match of the fly ash to prepare with a match of the glass fiber at the same time the concrete pass to experiment to proceed the contrast, pressing L9(34) hand over the form that experiment the match design the concrete compares, analyzing with the very bad analysis method the concrete mix to match the work function of the thing and an anti-ford with a concrete of the hardening empresses press strength, anti-fold strength etc. Through experiment and excellent turn the analysis, make sure the concrete the suitable for use match compare, and take into the verification in engineering appliedly.Experiment again and again by us, adopt the concrete a match technique( the matches to anticipate with the in addition) system had the C40 high performance concrete.This kind of concrete protects a box of protecting in the standard 28 this kind of concretes protect in the standard the box protects 28 its physics in divas functions satisfies the design requests, satisfying the fluxion at the same time of design request, from but guaranteed the engineering quantity.Keywords：Fly ash，Concrete，Matching with the ratio designs, Hand over to experiment.
