【摘要】 文章首先介紹了TD-SCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的基本情況,指出弱覆蓋問(wèn)題、干擾問(wèn)題、局部熱點(diǎn)區(qū)域的擁塞問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致用戶(hù)掉話、接入失敗、感知度差等是制約網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量提升的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題;然后針對(duì)每一個(gè)問(wèn)題從理論分析、實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)兩個(gè)維度進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合具體優(yōu)化案例進(jìn)行總結(jié),提出該類(lèi)問(wèn)題的解決方案;最后總結(jié)了TD-SCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化原則,結(jié)合TD-SCDMA的發(fā)展及面臨的實(shí)際問(wèn)題提出了下一階段網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的策略。

1 引言
TD-SCDMA(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)TD)是我國(guó)擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的第三代移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),現(xiàn)階段TD無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化已成為T(mén)D網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)的重要內(nèi)容。一方面TD優(yōu)化要解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行的各種問(wèn)題,如覆蓋差、接通失敗、掉話、切換失敗、數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)性能不佳等;另一方面,在保障TD網(wǎng)絡(luò)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ)上,需要優(yōu)化無(wú)線資源投放配置,提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)利用率,使TD網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)揮3G的優(yōu)勢(shì),最大限度地滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)的需要,提升客戶(hù)的感知度......



Abstract
The article first introduces the TD-SCDMA network optimization, the basic situation, pointed out that the weak coverage problem, interference, local hot spot areas of congestion problems caused users to dropped calls, access failures, perceptions of poor quality is the key to improve the network constraints problem; then for every problem from a theoretical analysis, the actual operating two dimensions were analyzed, and sum up the case with concrete optimization proposed solutions to such problems; At last, the TD-SCDMA network optimization principles, combined with TD- SCDMA development and the practical issues facing the next phase of network optimization strategy.
