摘 要

本次設(shè)計(jì)采用POWERBUILDER 7.0為設(shè)計(jì)語言 實(shí)現(xiàn)自來水公司（集中式）水費(fèi)收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)功能。
由于自來水原有收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)為單機(jī)版，不能實(shí)時(shí)反映收交費(fèi)情況且只能分地區(qū)收費(fèi)不能跨地區(qū)收費(fèi)，數(shù)據(jù)不集中給營業(yè)管理上帶來不必要的麻煩。本系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用將改變以往交費(fèi)必須到指定的水費(fèi)交費(fèi)點(diǎn)交費(fèi)，既讓用戶可就近交費(fèi),避免了跑腿之苦,又可降低企業(yè)費(fèi)用支出。給廣大用戶帶來更多的方便節(jié)約時(shí)間。同時(shí)由于數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)一集中也將給自來水公司的營業(yè)管理、市場(chǎng)分析及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的經(jīng)營決策帶來很大的幫助。
本系統(tǒng)采用客戶/服務(wù)器(C/S)體系結(jié)構(gòu)，是目前計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)最先進(jìn)的體系，其特點(diǎn)是把整個(gè)系統(tǒng)分成前臺(tái)(客戶機(jī))和后臺(tái)(主機(jī))兩個(gè)部分。前臺(tái)客戶機(jī)也就是操作員直接操作的微機(jī)；后臺(tái)是中心機(jī)房管理的主機(jī)。系統(tǒng)將所有帳務(wù)信息全部集中，而應(yīng)用分布在各水費(fèi)收費(fèi)點(diǎn)的業(yè)務(wù)處理微機(jī)。這種前后臺(tái)合理的分工，使在前、后臺(tái)的通訊線路上傳輸?shù)臄?shù)據(jù)減到最小限度，不但提高了系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行速度，而且充分的發(fā)揮了前后臺(tái)兩方的資源效力?？蛻?服務(wù)器體系結(jié)構(gòu)的另一個(gè)特點(diǎn)是它的開放性，所謂開放性，即是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)成方面，可與多種軟、硬件系統(tǒng)相連接，這就使得在前臺(tái)端構(gòu)成多種類客戶機(jī)并存成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。這樣，在新舊系統(tǒng)更替時(shí)，可充分利用原有系統(tǒng)的軟、硬件資源。

This systematic application change and pay dues and arrive water rate that appoint pay dues and order and pay dues in the past, Let users able to pay dues nearby , the ones that have avoided running errands are bitter, can also reduce enterprise expenses expenditure . Bring more convenience time of practising thrift to the masses of users. At the same time because data unified to give running water company to open , and business decision that lead it brings to be very heavy help market analysis management too while being centralized.
These adopt customer of system /server( C/Ss) system structure,it is for computer network system most advanced system at present, Its characteristic divides the whole system into the proscenium( the client) and two parts of backstage supporter( host computer ). The proscenium client is the computer that the operator operated directly; The backstage supporter is a host computer of management of computer lab of the centre. System at accounts all centralized information, use and distribute. Around these kinds for platform division of labours,it make in before, last minimum limit at data where at the communication lines of backstage supporters transmits, It raises systematic function speed but also from beginning to end platform No. two render a service abundant full play. Customer /servers the another characteristics of systems structures is for the opennings of it, So-called opennings is namely in network form respect, but with many kinds of and soft, the hardware system join , This make at proscenium end form more compatible to become reality client kind. So, while replacing in the new old system, but fully utilize softs, hardware resource of the original system.
