 [摘要] 媒體的不斷發(fā)展，使得輿論作用及其影響不斷擴(kuò)大；而隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，政府的行政權(quán)也在不斷的擴(kuò)大，公權(quán)力的擴(kuò)大易亂用、濫用，而易滋生腐敗，傳統(tǒng)的監(jiān)督方式因其自身的特點(diǎn)，難以積極地發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的機(jī)能，而輿論監(jiān)督因其自身的特點(diǎn)和作用方式而成為對(duì)現(xiàn)代政府實(shí)行監(jiān)督使其規(guī)范行政的一種必然監(jiān)督方式。
