論中國(guó)康樂(lè)業(yè)的法治化建設(shè)
The rule of law that talks about a Chinese recreation industry turns construction
 

摘要：  隨著中國(guó)法治化進(jìn)程的不斷深入, 受法律法規(guī)政策影響較大的康樂(lè)業(yè)更應(yīng)該走法治化的發(fā)展道路.然而現(xiàn)階段康樂(lè)業(yè)的發(fā)展中卻存在著不少與法治化道路相悖的問(wèn)題,本文就康樂(lè)業(yè)法治化進(jìn)程中存在的一些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討分析并提出幾點(diǎn)改進(jìn)的建議。

 Abstract：Because the Chinese rule of law turns continuously going deep into of the progress and is subjected to law laws, policy's influencing a bigger recreation industry should even walk the development road that the rule of law turns. However currently the development of recreation industry in but exist not a few problems that turn road with rule of law to mutually deviate from, this text recreation industry the rule of law turn a little bit existent problems in the progress to carry on a study to analyze and put forward what time improvement of suggestion.
