菊花嫩莖快繁技術(shù)的研究

摘要：先實(shí)驗(yàn)前的準(zhǔn)備工作，然后選取菊花，以帶頂芽的嫩莖為外植體接種到誘導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)基中，放在培養(yǎng)室里培養(yǎng)并觀察，一周后長(zhǎng)出叢生芽，再?zèng)]有污染的叢生芽在無(wú)菌超凈工作臺(tái)上用手術(shù)刀切成多塊，再將叢生芽接到繼代培養(yǎng)基中進(jìn)行繼代培養(yǎng)，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)初步長(zhǎng)出嫩根時(shí)，將無(wú)污染的帶根的叢生芽接到生根培養(yǎng)基中，當(dāng)生長(zhǎng)成幼苗時(shí)將生根試管苗開(kāi)蓋練苗,移栽。及在培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題。
