摘  要
沖裁彎曲級(jí)進(jìn)模廣泛用于金屬成形零件的生產(chǎn)。本文介紹了支架零件多工位級(jí)進(jìn)模的設(shè)計(jì),分析了支架的沖壓工藝和沖壓工序的組成,對(duì)載體和排樣設(shè)計(jì)方案作了比較與選擇,分析了產(chǎn)品外形合理的接邊工藝,確定了條料的送進(jìn)與導(dǎo)料方式及定距結(jié)構(gòu)形式,并對(duì)模具的主要部件設(shè)計(jì)作了詳細(xì)地說明。同時(shí)也包含了沖裁力計(jì)算,定距方法,沖裁間隙選擇,壓力中心計(jì)算的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。模具上、下固定板具有高精度和長(zhǎng)壽命,可快速更換凹模鑲塊,且重復(fù)裝配精度高,簡(jiǎn)化了彎曲工藝,卸料板上安裝了彎曲凹模,卸料板既可彈性壓料又可剛性卸料。模具結(jié)構(gòu)合理簡(jiǎn)單、制作容易、節(jié)省開支。使模具生產(chǎn)成本降低,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,對(duì)此類零件的級(jí)進(jìn)模設(shè)計(jì)有參考價(jià)值。

Design of Blanking-Bending multi-position progressive die for Support

Abstract
Blanking-Bending multi-position progressive die were widely used in metal parts production. Though this paper, we could get the method of support design. And the technological process for stamping the part is analyzed and the layout designs are compared, rational joint-edge process of products outline, decided the guiding of the bar stock and the form of the fixed distance , describes the key die parts in detail. At the same time, includes the main design point of stamping force calculation , fixed distance method, the selection of stamping clearance, compress force center an so on . The die plate are of high precision long service life. The die inserts can be replaced rapidly and the repeat assembling accuracy is high. The bending punch is installed on the stripping plate, which can clamp the work pieces flexibly and later strip them from the punch rigidly, The die structure is flexible and reliable and product quality can be guaranteed . It has an important reference value to this kinds of parts.
