摘 要
冷沖壓是一種先進(jìn)的金屬加工方法,它是建立在金屬塑性變形的基礎(chǔ)上,利用模具和沖壓設(shè)備對(duì)板料金屬進(jìn)行壓力加工,以獲得滿足一定形狀和尺寸要求的零件。沖壓加工方法與其它方法相比,具有生產(chǎn)效率高、加工成本低、材料利用率高、產(chǎn)品尺寸精度穩(wěn)定、操作簡(jiǎn)單、易實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化與自動(dòng)化等優(yōu)點(diǎn),特別適用于產(chǎn)品的大批量生產(chǎn)。隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,沖壓加工在制造業(yè)中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛,沖壓工藝和沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)也得以快速地發(fā)展。[1]
本設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)對(duì)“閥支架”進(jìn)行了沖壓可行性分析和相應(yīng)的工藝計(jì)算,并根據(jù)零件的特點(diǎn)經(jīng)過綜合分析和比較得到最佳的冷沖壓工藝方案,并在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)地講述了拉深脹形復(fù)合模的設(shè)計(jì)過程,并用三維軟件UG對(duì)主要工作部分零件進(jìn)行建模。此外,還講述了沖孔模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程并簡(jiǎn)單介紹了模具制造工藝。

ABSTRACT
Cold stamping is a kind of advanced metal processing method , it is based on the plastic deformation of metals , by using stamping dies and stamping equipments , the sheet metal is deformed and so an element of certain shape and dimension is obtained . Compared with other processing methods , stamping has its own advantages , eg: the production efficiency is high , the cost is low , the overall material utilization factor is high , the product size is stabilized , the operation is simple and the realization of mechanization and automation is easy . So stamping is very suitable for production of large quantity . Along with the fast development of national economy , the application of stamping in manufacturing industry is more and more extensive , and the stamping technology and die design and production technology also have fast development .
The text bellow has narrated the stamping feasibility and the technology calculation for “kickstand of valve” , and according to the characteristics of the element , we have got the best stamping scheme by intergration analysis and comparison . Then on the foundation of this scheme , we have narrated in detail the design course of the matrix , and designed the main working parts by three-dimensional solid modeling of UG . Besides , we have also narrated in detail the workmanship of the matrix .
