摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)論述了沖壓工藝的性質(zhì)、應(yīng)用,以及我國沖壓模具行業(yè)現(xiàn)況,和發(fā)展趨勢(shì);本文首先從沖壓零件形狀,尺寸等方面,對(duì)汽車“鉸鏈頁板”進(jìn)行了沖壓可行性分析,以及可能出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行了分析。然后對(duì)零件的坯料尺寸和坯料排樣進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。對(duì)“鉸鏈頁板”成型工序進(jìn)行了分析得出最佳工藝方案,并且計(jì)算了相應(yīng)工序的工藝參數(shù),并且選擇了各工序的沖壓設(shè)備;制定了相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)工藝卡;然后對(duì)模具結(jié)構(gòu)、模具零件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),最后對(duì)落料沖孔符合模的凸凹模零件進(jìn)行了模具制造工藝設(shè)計(jì)?!般q鏈頁板”工藝設(shè)計(jì)涉及到了落料沖孔、彎曲、分離工藝以及鉆絞孔,主要設(shè)計(jì)了三套模具,包括落料沖孔復(fù)合模、彎曲模和分離模具,并且以彎曲模為重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了零件圖設(shè)計(jì)。該設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)上可行,經(jīng)濟(jì)上合理,安全可靠,完全可以用于生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐。

ABSTRACT
This design narrates the qualities and application of stamping process, the actualities and the trend of stamping process industry and die industry; the design, first, analyzes stamping feasibility of door joint from aspects of hardware, such as figure, dimension; as well as the analysis of the often-seen technological quality problem of the bent part. Then,it estimates the size of blank parts and calculate the blank layout .It gets the best stamping scheme by analysis and comparison ,and calculates parameters of related procedures, the design chooses matched equipments and draws related process card. Then on the foundation of this scheme, the structure and parts of dies for the door joint are determined. At last, it designs the manufacture method about punch-die of the blanking. The design of door joint involves these working procedures: blanking, bending, punching, and drilling. The blanking, punching compound die and the bending die and separating die are mainly designed, and the bending die is emphasized, which was designed particularly. These designs are technically feasible, economically reasonable, and safely credible. Therefore the current design can be completely put into practice.
