摘 要

隨著我國制造業(yè)信息化程度的逐步提高,以及RFID技術(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及成本的降低,越來越多的企業(yè)會認(rèn)識到RFID技術(shù)的重要性,RFID技術(shù)將成為企業(yè)物流信息化的熱點(diǎn)。在生產(chǎn)過程中,如果整套生產(chǎn)線全部采用RFID技術(shù),勢必大大提高生產(chǎn)成本。同時(shí)隨著市場競爭日趨激烈,各個(gè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)應(yīng)盡可能地生產(chǎn)不同型號的產(chǎn)品,這就導(dǎo)致信息量的急劇增加,如果只采用條碼系統(tǒng),顯然需要手工掃描大量數(shù)據(jù),這種數(shù)據(jù)采集方式比較煩瑣,容易受人為因素影響而出錯(cuò),而且需要大量人力掃描數(shù)據(jù),造成不必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。
本文在綜合RFID在國內(nèi)外不同領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)對青山變速器分公司的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,分別從應(yīng)用技術(shù)上、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量上和生產(chǎn)成本上著手,對變速器生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究,得出變速器生產(chǎn)過程中對RFID的需求分析。為了減少人工處理信息的工作量、提高系統(tǒng)的容錯(cuò)性、靈活性,論文在衡量RFID技術(shù)和條形碼技術(shù)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)后,把兩種技術(shù)優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ),提出了RFID技術(shù)和條形碼技術(shù)并行配合使用的應(yīng)用模式。側(cè)重RFID技術(shù)在零部件制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中質(zhì)量追蹤和管理的應(yīng)用研究,對某汽車零部件制造企業(yè)的機(jī)加車間和總裝生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)研,探討了RFID射頻識別技術(shù)與條碼技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢和缺點(diǎn),在成本和技術(shù)上對兩者進(jìn)行比較,并說明了RFID技術(shù)在今后數(shù)年的發(fā)展趨勢。
