摘 要
齒輪傳動(dòng)是機(jī)械設(shè)備中最常用的傳動(dòng)方式,它具有傳動(dòng)效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、功率恒定、傳動(dòng)比變化范圍大等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此被廣泛應(yīng)用并經(jīng)久不衰。鑒于其優(yōu)點(diǎn),從古至今,齒輪傳動(dòng)在各種機(jī)械中得到最廣泛的應(yīng)用。特別在重載機(jī)械中,更能體現(xiàn)出其功能的強(qiáng)大,因此受到國(guó)內(nèi)外專業(yè)人士的著重關(guān)注。
在輪齒傳動(dòng)過(guò)程中,常見(jiàn)的失效情況,基本上都是由于齒輪的損傷所導(dǎo)致的。齒輪損傷包括有齒面點(diǎn)蝕、磨損、膠合、塑性變形及過(guò)載折斷、疲勞折斷等。本文針對(duì)齒輪在使用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的破壞問(wèn)題,按照齒輪承載能力計(jì)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)齒輪的接觸強(qiáng)度和彎曲強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行計(jì)算、校核、分析。以便使生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品滿足用戶的要求。
本文首先對(duì)齒輪基本參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算;然后是對(duì)齒輪的接觸強(qiáng)度及彎曲強(qiáng)度的校核,以及對(duì)其安全系數(shù)的計(jì)算;最后利用Microsoft Visual BASIC (VB)軟件對(duì)齒輪強(qiáng)度及其安全系數(shù)進(jìn)行分析、校核,然后在將分析的結(jié)果與計(jì)算的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,保證齒輪的強(qiáng)度滿足要求。

ABSTRACT
Gear drive is one of the most general modes in mechanical equipment. It is widely applied in mechanical equipment for a long time due to its high transmission, compact structure, steady transmission, constant power and a large range of drive ratio. Because of the advantages, gear transmission has been got the most extensive application. Especially, the powerful function makes full of using in heavy duty machine. And it has attracted great attention at home and abroad.
Because of the damage of gear, which includes tooth flank fatigue pitting, wear, scuffing, plastic deformation, overload break and fatigue break, the failure conditions appear in gear drive process. While it is need to calculate and check all of the parameters to solve the problems. Eventually, Microsoft Visual Basic (VB) interface is used for displaying the calculating result, analyzing result and checking result.
Calculating , checking and analyzing of gear´s contact strength and flexural strength in the paper, based on the calculation standard of gear´s bearing capacity and for the heavy duty gear´s failure problems, which appears in use process.
In this paper, it needs to calculate basic parameters of gears at first; and then check the gear’s contact strength and flexural strength; at last use the software of VB for analyzing and checking the gear’s strength. It’s necessary to check the result, according to the calculating standard of gear’s bearing capacity.
