摘 要
在砂帶磨床的設(shè)計(jì)中,磨頭是最關(guān)鍵的,它的主要零部件的制造精度,剛性的指標(biāo)將對工件表面質(zhì)量,加工精度有很大的影響。
現(xiàn)代機(jī)械工業(yè)中各種平面度要求高的平面加工,如汽車及摩托車離合器片、剎車盤、閥片、連桿端面;發(fā)動機(jī)箱體(箱蓋)端面、曲軸箱體密封面、法蘭盤端面;變速箱撥叉、五金工具雙端面、塊狀零件雙端面、齒輪端面等。若用傳統(tǒng)的車削、飛刀銑削,甚至砂輪端面磨削,都存在成本高、效率低、易燒傷、翹曲變形,平面度及平行度難以保證等缺點(diǎn)。特別是盤狀類薄金屬零件和非金屬零件,其本身存在自身薄、剛性差、易變形等特點(diǎn),傳統(tǒng)的加工方法很難滿足其工藝要求。故本文設(shè)計(jì)一種新的加工方法——復(fù)合轉(zhuǎn)臺磨床加工,復(fù)合轉(zhuǎn)臺磨床主要用來加工薄片類零件,它以砂帶作為磨削工具,采用復(fù)合回轉(zhuǎn)臺結(jié)構(gòu)和壓磨板磨削方式,在很大程度上減小了零件的受力和受熱變形,并能在加工表面形成理想的磨削軌跡,因而可以達(dá)到較好的加工效果。
本文主要從磨頭結(jié)構(gòu)及手輪調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)、進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)、進(jìn)給的平穩(wěn)性等方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化。

ABSTRACT
In the design of the belt grinder, grinding head is the most critical, the manufacturer of precision and the rigid targets of its main parts and components will have great impact on the surface quality, precision machining of workpiece.
Various plane processing with high flatness requirements in modern machinery industry, such as clutch,brakes, the valve, linkage End of cars and motorcycle; Engine Box (Covers) end, crankshaft box sealing surface, the flange end; Bocha gearbox,dual-end hardware, massive double-end components,gear End and so on.If use the traditional turning, Feidao milling, grinding and grinding wheel end processing will cause some shortcomings,such as high costs, low efficiency, easy to burn, warping deformation,and it is difficult to guarantee flatness and parallelism and so on. In particular disc type thin metal parts and non-metallic parts, they have characteristics of thin,rigid poor, vulnerable deformation and so on,so it’s difficult for the traditional method of processing technology to meet their demands. Therefore, this paper design a new processing methods - composite table grinder processing, complex table grinder mainly used for processing thin parts, it uses belt as a grinding tool, using composite turret structure and pressure plates grinding mill, in Part of a large extent reduce the heat stress and deformation of workpiece,and it can form an ideal grinding track in the process of surface,so it can achieve better results processing.
This article mainly design and optimization the grinding head structure and hand wheel-conditioning systems,feed agencies,stationary of the feed and so on.
