摘 要
基于對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)院校工業(yè)工程專業(yè)的廣泛調(diào)查,分析了有關(guān)院校工業(yè)工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室的建設(shè)情況,并結(jié)合工業(yè)工程實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)本項(xiàng)目的研究,逐步建設(shè)起具有綜合性、實(shí)際性以及運(yùn)用性的“工業(yè)工程實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目信息集成系統(tǒng) ”,建立一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。對(duì)各項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的管理,進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新,在提高實(shí)驗(yàn)資源的利用率的同時(shí),提高學(xué)生實(shí)驗(yàn)的積極性,開(kāi)發(fā)學(xué)生的研究能力,提供學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的空間,從而大大的提高實(shí)驗(yàn)的效果。
工業(yè)工程所開(kāi)實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目信息集成,即綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)思想是:加強(qiáng)學(xué)生工業(yè)工程基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí),基本技術(shù)手段和基本意識(shí)的培養(yǎng);加強(qiáng)學(xué)生現(xiàn)代工業(yè)工程系統(tǒng)分析、規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化、控制、以及評(píng)價(jià)能力的培養(yǎng);突出現(xiàn)代工業(yè)工程中信息化和集成化的特點(diǎn)。正是從上述指導(dǎo)思想出發(fā),工業(yè)工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)的總體要求是建設(shè)一個(gè)綜合的、集成的現(xiàn)代工業(yè)系統(tǒng)模擬環(huán)境,給學(xué)生提供一個(gè)現(xiàn)代制造系統(tǒng)背景下的工業(yè)工程教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境,在能進(jìn)行專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)的同時(shí),還能讓學(xué)生自主的參與設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn),從實(shí)驗(yàn)中獲取知識(shí)。

ABSTRACT
Based on national institutions of industrial engineering extensive investigations, analysis of the institutions of industrial engineering laboratory building, combined with Chongqing University industrial engineering experiment set-up of the status quo, through the study of the item, and gradually built a comprehensive, practical As well as the use of the "Industrial Engineering Information Integration System pilot project" to establish an experimental platform. Experiment on the unified management, and further innovation in improving the utilization of resources at the same time, enhance the enthusiasm of the students experiment, students develop the research capacity, to provide students independent study of space, thus greatly improving the experimental results.
