摘 要
隨著企業(yè)信息化技術(shù)的普及,以企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃(ERP)即為代表的管理信息系統(tǒng)已在企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中起到了重要的作用。但是隨著企業(yè)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,導(dǎo)致對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程要求的不斷提高,企業(yè)不僅僅關(guān)注于計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行結(jié)果,更關(guān)注于計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行過(guò)程,制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(MES)就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。
MES在計(jì)劃管理層和底層控制之間架起了一座橋梁,填補(bǔ)了兩者之間的空隙。它一方面可以對(duì)來(lái)自ERP/MRPII軟件的生產(chǎn)管理信息細(xì)化、分解,將操作指令傳遞給底層控制;另一方面,MES可以實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控底層設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),采集儀表、設(shè)備的狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過(guò)分析、計(jì)算與處理,觸發(fā)新的事件,從而方便、可靠的將控制系統(tǒng)與信息系統(tǒng)聯(lián)系在一起。把先進(jìn)的RFID技術(shù)運(yùn)用于生產(chǎn)線和MES系統(tǒng),能夠降低生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的差錯(cuò)率,提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,節(jié)省人力資源和辦公費(fèi)用,減少庫(kù)存資金積壓。
本文在現(xiàn)有MES及RFID理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)MES體系結(jié)構(gòu)的研究和探討,針對(duì)我國(guó)汽車制造業(yè),從我國(guó)汽車制造業(yè)現(xiàn)有的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施出發(fā),盡可腀@浞值乜悸瞧笠倒芾硨蛻氖導(dǎo)是榭觶致廴綰喂菇ㄒ桓鍪視謾⒏咝У幕赗FID的制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng),并介紹如何利用RFID技術(shù)對(duì)車間的在制品進(jìn)行跟蹤,實(shí)現(xiàn)將MES信息采集模塊采集上來(lái)的生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)與產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行綁定。最后本文分別從MES系統(tǒng)的物理模型,數(shù)據(jù)流模型和功能模型三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的討論,建立了基于RFID的汽車制造業(yè)制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)。

ABSTRACT
Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) is a representative kind of Management Information System which has played an important part in the operation of enterprises along with the development of information technology of corporations. But the more competitive marketing of product causes the improved requirement for the manufacture procedure, so enterprises focus not only on the execution results of plan, but also the process of execution of the projects. That gave birth to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
MES the frame got up a bridge in the plan management level and between the first floor control, has filled two between crevice. It on the one hand may to come from ERP/ MRPII software production management information is thin, the decomposition, the operational order will transmit to the first floor control; On the other hand, MES may the real-time monitoring first floor equipment running status, gather the measuring appliance, the equipment condition data, the process analysis, the computation and processing, triggers the new event, thus convenient, will be reliable the control system and the information system relates in together.
This article has analyzed the domestic and foreign MES research present situation, has forecast the MES development tendency. Toward China's automobile manufacturing of the existing infrastructure, enterprise management and production of the actual situation, the author discuss how to build an application and efficient MES based on RFID ,that though the study and exploration of MES in the existing theory about MES and RFID. This paper describes how to use RFID technology to track parts of the workshop, and production data from MES how to be bundled with the product. Finally this paper, the author describe MES system from the physical model ,the data model and the features model three aspects and a RFID-based MES in automobile manufacturing is build. The result indicated that, utilizes the advanced RFID technology in the production line, reduced in the production process mistake rate, enhanced the production efficiency and the product quality, has saved the human resources and the office expense, reduced the stock fund backlog, the effect is ideal.
