本文主要介紹摩托車發(fā)動機殼體零件的機械加工工藝規(guī)程和工藝裝備的設(shè)計過程。機械加工工藝規(guī)程是規(guī)定零件機械加工工藝過程和操作方法等的工藝文件,它是指揮現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)的依據(jù),是進行有關(guān)的技術(shù)準備和生產(chǎn)準備的依據(jù)。本文所提的工藝裝備主要是指夾具,它是安裝在機床上用于工件定位和夾緊的工藝裝備。

ABSTRACT
Motorcycle is a broad, rapid, economic and comfortable means of transport. It has the flexibility of a bike, also has the mobility and high-speed of the car. In the medium and small cities, it is a widely used means of transport.
This article main introducts motorcycle motor body components machine-finishing technological process and craft equipment designing process. The machine-finishing technological process is the document stipulating part machine work procedure and the operating method handicraft. It commands the basis produced live, carries on the basis about preparing and producing and preparing in technology. Craft equipment this text proposed mainly refers to the jig, which is installed in the machine parts used for positioning and clamping the technique and equipment.
The main content of this text includes: According to the motorcycle engine shell part technical requirement, confirm the production type of this part, carry on craft analysis to the part, confirm the manufacture of the blank, choose to orient basis and work out the craft route, confirm every process of apparatus and crafts equip, confirm important processing surplus and process size of process, and confirm that cuts consumption and hour norm, finally, has designed two main jig with emphasis this shell components processing technological process.
