摘 要

驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼作為汽車的主要承載件和傳力件,支撐著汽車的荷重,并將載荷傳給車輪。作用在驅(qū)動(dòng)車輪上的牽引力、制動(dòng)力和側(cè)向力,也是經(jīng)過(guò)橋殼傳到懸掛及車架或者車廂的。由于該汽車的行駛工況比較復(fù)雜,驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼的使用壽命直接影響汽車的有效使用壽命,因此,驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼應(yīng)具有足夠的強(qiáng)度、剛度和良好的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,合理地設(shè)計(jì)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼也是提高汽車平順性和舒適性的重要措施。
本文以有限元靜態(tài)分析理論為基礎(chǔ),將三維建模軟件CATIA,前處理軟件ANSA,PATRAN和求解器NASTRAN結(jié)合起來(lái),對(duì)全地域車的驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼進(jìn)行有限元強(qiáng)度分析,旨在為全地域車的國(guó)產(chǎn)化和自主設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù)。主要內(nèi)容有:采用CATIA軟件建立驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼的幾何模型;采用ANSA進(jìn)行有限元網(wǎng)格劃分;對(duì)有限元模型施加載荷,計(jì)算最惡劣工況下的驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼的靜強(qiáng)度,找到驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼應(yīng)力最大,變型量最大,容易引起斷裂的部位。最后,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,為后續(xù)的逆向設(shè)計(jì)及其國(guó)產(chǎn)化提供設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)。

ABSTRACT

As the mainly carrying and passing components of the vehicle, the automobile drive axle housing supports the weight of vehicle, and transfer the weight to the wheel. Through the drive axle housing, the tractive force, braking force and lateral force act on the wheel transfer to the suspension system, frame or carriage. As the driving condition of the automobile is so complex, the service life of the drive axle housing affects the effective life of vehicle, therefore, enough intensity, good dynamic performance and rigidity are required for designing the drive axle housing, which also can improve vibration comfortableness and ride comfort of vehicle.
In this paper, we combined with the three-dimensional modeling software CATIA, the former processing software ANSA, PATRAN and the solver NASTRAN together to complete the whole process analysis, which based on the FEM theoretical, at last with objective of providing basis for domestic and autonomy design of the wide geographical tuck . The main contents are as follows: established a bridge driver of the geometric shell model with CATIA; used ANSA accomplishing finite element mesh; and imposed on the load, calculate the static strength in worst condition of the bridge shell, find the site of largest amount displacement on the housing, which can easily lead to fracture. Finally, in the light of the outcome, provide basis for the reverse and follow-up localization design.
