際，重點(diǎn)對(duì)制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)中作業(yè)排產(chǎn)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究。作業(yè)排產(chǎn)是一個(gè)理論性和實(shí)踐性都很強(qiáng)的研究問(wèn)題，目前已有大量理論研究成果。文章主要介紹了車間生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問(wèn)題的基本理論、某市卡福公司的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度現(xiàn)狀，文章結(jié)合某市卡福機(jī)加工車間實(shí)際生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問(wèn)題，總結(jié)、提煉了卡福機(jī)加工車間目前常用的調(diào)度規(guī)則，設(shè)計(jì)了一種能夠滿足卡福機(jī)加工車間排產(chǎn)要求的啟發(fā)式車間調(diào)度方法。

ABSTRACT
Chongqing CAFF Company Automotive Breaking & Steering Systems CO, LTO is a mechanical manufacturing enterprise that produces breaking and steering components. The enterprise has been facing big challenges caused by the increasing product variety, the smaller production quantities and the growing randomness of orders. In order to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment, it is proposed that the corporation should enhance the manufacturing execution capacity of the manufacturing part through establishing an effective manufacturing execution system, so that it can continue to maintain strong market competitiveness.
This paper, combined with the actual manufacturing situation of Chongqing CAFF company mechanical workshop, focuses on the researches on the operating scheduling subsystem in MES. Operating scheduling is a problem with very strong theoretical and practical character, there are a lot of theoretical research results now. This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of production scheduling problems in workshop and the production scheduling actuality of Chongqing CAFF company. Combined with the actual production scheduling problems which are brought from the mechanical workshop in Chongqing CAFF company, this paper summarizes and abstracts the common scheduling rules in Chongqing CAFF company mechanical manufacturing workshop at present, designs a heuristic shop scheduling method which can meet the scheduling demand of Chongqing CAFF company mechanical workshop.
