鏈條是各種機(jī)械上使用十分廣泛的基礎(chǔ)件之一。已應(yīng)用于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,無(wú)論是傳遞動(dòng)力的傳動(dòng)鏈,還是搬運(yùn)物品的輸送鏈,還是提升貨物的起重鏈,都具有良好的使用性能。除了大幅度提高鏈傳動(dòng)工作能力、擴(kuò)大鏈傳動(dòng)使用范圍,一些以鏈條為主要工作部件的產(chǎn)品以及各種有實(shí)用價(jià)值的鏈條機(jī)構(gòu),也有了很大的發(fā)展。
目前機(jī)械工程界對(duì)鏈傳動(dòng)產(chǎn)品的研制主要是建立模型進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),找出問題后解決。而隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,有限元理論日益完善,對(duì)鏈傳動(dòng)進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)輔助分析,在研制鏈傳動(dòng)產(chǎn)品中起到了越來(lái)越大的作用。
本文具體內(nèi)容包括:①介紹鏈傳動(dòng)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展概況、趨勢(shì)。包括國(guó)內(nèi)鏈傳動(dòng)產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀和鏈傳動(dòng)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。②簡(jiǎn)要地介紹鏈傳動(dòng)的基原理、嚙合特點(diǎn)、種類和主要傳動(dòng)形式,分析鏈傳動(dòng)存在的問題,討論了提高傳動(dòng)產(chǎn)品性能、品質(zhì)的方法。③目前關(guān)于鏈傳動(dòng)受力計(jì)算中所使用的方法都沒考慮因鏈和鏈輪的加速度變化所引起的附加動(dòng)載荷效應(yīng),作者介紹一組計(jì)入鏈鏈輪的加速度變化所引起的附加動(dòng)載荷效應(yīng)的關(guān)于鏈傳動(dòng)受力的計(jì)算公式,并過(guò)具體分析和實(shí)例計(jì)算證明這組計(jì)算公式的必要性和良好的實(shí)用性。④運(yùn)用應(yīng)力應(yīng)變理論公式計(jì)算外鏈板、銷軸和內(nèi)鏈板、套筒在載荷情況下的應(yīng)力值;應(yīng)用性力學(xué)知識(shí)計(jì)算銷軸、套筒元件接觸應(yīng)力數(shù)值;計(jì)算鏈條和鏈輪嚙合時(shí),鏈輪滾子的接觸應(yīng)力數(shù)值。⑤以JH125摩托車用的滾子鏈為例,應(yīng)用CAD/CAE軟件和ANSYS 10.0,依據(jù)有限元理論進(jìn)行三維實(shí)體建模。分析外鏈板、銷軸和內(nèi)鏈板套筒元件應(yīng)力應(yīng)變情況;分析銷軸、套筒元件接觸強(qiáng)度;分析鏈條和鏈輪嚙合時(shí)鏈輪和滾子的接觸強(qiáng)度。⑥把常規(guī)計(jì)算及有限元分析所得數(shù)值進(jìn)行比較。

ABSTRACT
Chain drive is a flexible middle of the mating drive; both gear transmission and belt drive features. It is simple in structure, large-power, high efficiency and accurate transmission ration, environmental adaptability, compact, economic, durable and easy maintenance advantages.
Chain, as one of the basic mechanical parts, now is wildly used in many fields of national economy. While used as, for example, driving chain for transferring power, transmission chain for conveying items and raising chain for heaving cargo, chain has presented many useful capabilities. Furthermore, above form the working ability of chain being optimized greatly and the use fields of chain being enlarged, many chain products and frameworks hake been developed greatly.
At present, the development of the chain product is being in traditional phase in mechanical engineering all over the world, that is to say: first set up a model, then test it to find if there are any problems, and ameliorate it at last. With the development of computer at a very fast speed and the progress of the theory of FEA increasingly, assembling model and FEA model to analyze the chain transmission now become feasible. This now is becoming more and more important in the development of chain.
This topic comprises of the following parts:
①Survey the present development and trend of the chain all over the world, Including chain products and chain technologies.
②Explain the basic transmission theory, mesh characters, chain types and the main transmission models briefly, analyze the existent problems, and propose some means to improve the chain products’ capability and performance.
③The present method applied in calculating the power transmission between the chain products has not consider the effects of the appending dynamical load produced by the accelerating speed of mesh between the chain and sprocket wheel. Author presented a suite of functions to calculate the stress brought by the effects of the appending dynamical load produced by the accelerating speed of mesh between the chain and sprocket wheel. Author has proved theses functions to be necessary and usable through analysis and instance.
④Calculate the stress of the chain plate, shaft plug and sleeve while being loaded via the functions of stress and displacement theory, get the contact stress value between the shaft plug and sleeve parts from the elastic mechanical theory, and calculate the contact stress value between the sprocket wheel and roller while in meshing process.
⑤Bring forward a real model:JH125 motorcycle. Use CAD/CAE and ANSYS 10.0 to build a 3-D model according with FEA theory. Analyze the displacement of the chain plates (including outer and inner), shaft plug, and sleeve parts. Analyze the contact strength of the shaft plug and sleeve parts. And analyze the contact strength of the roller and sprocket wheel while in meshing process.
⑥compare the results of the theory with that of FEA analysis.
