摘 要
現(xiàn)代社會的各個領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)逐步實現(xiàn)自動化,特別是生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域,無論是輕工業(yè)還是重工業(yè)。作為與人們生活密切相關(guān)的藥品、飲料等,它們的生產(chǎn)自動化的實現(xiàn)是一個迫切解決的問題。其生產(chǎn)過程包括很多步驟,其中,玻璃瓶的輸送是一個重要步驟,如何解決輸送問題是一個重要課題。
本論文旨在通過對全自動玻璃瓶輸送機(jī)現(xiàn)狀的分析,改進(jìn)設(shè)計一臺性能可靠、高速、全自動的玻璃瓶輸送機(jī),完全實現(xiàn)玻璃瓶由多排到單排的全自動輸送,并為下一道玻璃瓶的灌裝工序做準(zhǔn)備。
本論文實現(xiàn)了玻璃瓶全自動化輸送,提高了輸送機(jī)的處理速度,解決了玻璃瓶的多排變?yōu)閱闻诺霓D(zhuǎn)化問題,整個輸送過程安全可靠,提高了整個流水線的生產(chǎn)能力。總之,對全自動玻璃瓶差速輸送平臺的設(shè)計運(yùn)用,能顯著提高玻璃瓶的輸送效率,并且節(jié)約了人力資源,具有很高得經(jīng)濟(jì)性和市場競爭力。

ABSTRACT
Modern society's each domain already gradually realized the automation, specially realm of production, regardless of were the light industry or the heavy industry.same things close with our life,as drugs, the drink and so on, their production automation realization is an urgent solution question.Its production process including very many steps, among, the glass bottle transportation is an important step, how solves the principle bottle problem is an important topic.
This graduation project goal is through analyses full automaticity conveyer of the glass bottle actuality,and then,use the technology of electromechanical integration to improved the design of a piece of full automatic transportation machine of glass bottle with reliable performance and high speed.
This design realize full automation transportation of the glass bottle,and raise the processing speed of the conveyer ,at the same time,it solve the translate problem of multi-line plastic-shield grew into single-row. The wholly transport process is on the safe side,and it advance the capacity of wholly pipelined.In a word,the design of the full automaticity differential transportation platform of glass bottle can raise plastic-shield transport efficiency prominencly and it can economy manpower ,so it possess very high economy and marketability.
