所謂新型實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)是一種利用滾動(dòng)螺旋將液壓缸的往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)直接轉(zhuǎn)換成往返擺動(dòng)的機(jī)構(gòu), 該機(jī)構(gòu)是在滾珠絲杠基礎(chǔ)上演化而來的一種逆螺旋傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)。輸入直線運(yùn)動(dòng)由油缸活塞運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn),油缸活塞帶動(dòng)一新型螺旋傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)作輸出擺動(dòng)振動(dòng)。
本論文進(jìn)行了以下研究?jī)?nèi)容:(1) 方案設(shè)計(jì)。(2)對(duì)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的傳動(dòng)原理、結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行介紹。(3)對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并完成軸承及其軸承座的設(shè)計(jì)及計(jì)算選型。(4)應(yīng)用大型建模軟件pro/e對(duì)各個(gè)零件進(jìn)行了實(shí)體造型并且完成零件的建模裝配,生成機(jī)構(gòu)的裝配模型。 (5)基于機(jī)構(gòu)的裝配模型,對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真模擬,生成機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)過程動(dòng)畫文件。(6)對(duì)各個(gè)零件進(jìn)行了受力分析以及載荷計(jì)算并應(yīng)用有限元軟件ANSYS對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)中的關(guān)鍵零部件進(jìn)行了有限元分析。(7)滾珠是機(jī)構(gòu)中的關(guān)鍵零件,運(yùn)動(dòng)情況比較復(fù)雜,應(yīng)用運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析原理對(duì)滾珠的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算。 (8)應(yīng)用赫茲彈性接觸理論,對(duì)滾珠進(jìn)行接觸分析,并校核滾珠的接觸強(qiáng)度。

ABSTRACT
This topic comes from research projects in Chongqing Municipality. Is to design a new type of test-bed, mainly used for flexible coupling coefficient, such as the stiffness and strength tests. At present no such new domestic equipment, a similar device introduced from abroad.
The so-called Taiwan is a new experiment using a rolling hydraulic cylinder will spiral of reciprocating linear motion directly into the body from the swing, which is in the ball screw on the basis of evolution from a reverse spiral transmission mechanism. This paper conducted the following studies: (1) programme design. (2) to drive the implementation of the principle and structure are introduced. (3) agencies to design, and complete the bearing housings and its calculation of the design and selection. (4) application of large-scale modeling software pro / e of various parts for the completion of solid modeling and modeling parts of the assembly to generate the assembly model. (5) Based on the model assembly, the agency simulation exercise, the campaign generated animation process documents. (6) in various parts of the Analysis and a load calculation and application of finite element software ANSYS sports bodies in the key parts and components for the finite element analysis.
