復擺鄂式破碎機主要是由兩塊鄂板(活動鄂板和固定鄂板)組成?;顒佣醢鍖潭ǘ醢逯芷谛缘耐鶑瓦\動,時而靠近,時而分開,由此使裝在二鄂板間的石塊受到擠壓、劈裂和彎曲作用而破碎。復擺鄂式破碎機的機器重量較輕,結構簡單(少了一件連桿、一塊肘板、一根心軸和一對軸承),生產效率較高(比同規(guī)格的簡擺鄂式破碎機生產效率高20%—30%)。復擺鄂式破碎機適合破碎中硬度石料。在工程中,多用他做中、細碎設備,起破碎比較大,可達 。隨著機械工業(yè)的進步,近年來,復擺鄂式破碎機正朝著大型化發(fā)展。所以,一個合理的傳動裝置可以使復擺鄂式破碎機運行的更加順利,合理有效。動鄂的優(yōu)化可使磨損大大的降低,沖擊、噪聲、振動都相應的減少,也減少工作人員的勞動強度,提高生產的質量,降低制造成本和縮短生產周期。
