摘 要

在摩托車的所有零件中,油箱后支承是一個(gè)較為重要的零件,其主要作用是支撐坐墊,從而保護(hù)油箱。零件的精度要求一般,生產(chǎn)批量大,非常適宜采用沖壓工藝加工。
本文通過建立油箱后支承的三維模型,根據(jù)零件的特點(diǎn)和工藝要求,綜合分析零件的沖壓可行性以及沖壓工藝的合理性,并根據(jù)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)提出多種沖壓方案,比較各種沖壓方案,然后確定最佳的沖壓工藝,使零件加工的經(jīng)濟(jì)費(fèi)用和耗時(shí)降到最低。
在已擬訂的最佳沖壓工藝方案的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)出該方案各個(gè)工序(落料沖孔、彎曲成形、側(cè)板彎曲)所需的零件,尤其是對(duì)模具的設(shè)計(jì)。通過對(duì)模具結(jié)構(gòu)的分析和比較,以及部分零件的強(qiáng)度校核,盡量使得沖壓方方案最佳化。最后完成相應(yīng)的計(jì)算和繪圖,交代主要零件的具體尺寸和技術(shù)要求,選擇各個(gè)工序所需要的沖壓設(shè)備,從而得到完整的零件加工資料以及三套零件的沖壓模具。
本文利用UGNX4.0 軟件對(duì)油箱后支承零件進(jìn)行建模,而用AUTOCAD軟件進(jìn)行二維圖繪制。

ABSTRACT

The back- tank support is an important part of all the components of the motorcycle, it plays the role as the support the back-handrail and protect the tank, thereby enabling the passenger to be more secure. it is a part of general accuracy and mass production, so it is very suitable for stamping process.
In this paper, first of all, the author establish the 3Dmodel of the back- tank support, analysis comprehensively the feasibility as well as the reasonable of the stamping part based on the characteristics, components of the process and the industrial production features, and design multiple stamping programs, compare those various stamping programs, then determine the best stamping process, so low the economic costs of the processing and time-consuming to a minimum.
After choose the best stamping process, then design the necessary parts of those various process(blanking punching, bending deep, piercing), especially for the model design, die structure of analysis and comparison, and the strength check of some key parts, in order to make the program to be the best one. Finalization of the corresponding of some key parts and the stamping equipments needed in the various processes, and thus we get all the information of processing components and three sets of stamping die.
In this paper, the author establish the 3Dmodel of the back- tank support by UGNX4.0,and use AutoCAD2007to make the 2D mapping.
