變頻器在機(jī)床上的應(yīng)用


摘要：
 機(jī)床是工作母機(jī)的總稱，包括車床,銑床,模床,沖床,刨床等,由于加工材質(zhì)的不同,需要不同的轉(zhuǎn)速,因此采用變頻調(diào)速的機(jī)會(huì)很多,主軸傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)一般采用交流電機(jī)和伺服電機(jī)，通過(guò)帶傳動(dòng)把運(yùn)動(dòng)傳給主軸，從而使主軸達(dá)到一定的轉(zhuǎn)速，來(lái)完成切削加工?，F(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)型數(shù)控機(jī)床中，一般使用變頻器做為驅(qū)動(dòng)部件。本文針對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床和普通機(jī)床改造中對(duì)主軸傳動(dòng)變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用需求，提出了采用羅克韋爾自動(dòng)化的PowerFlex4型通用低壓變頻器的解決和實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。

Abstract:
 Machine is the general term for machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, mold bed, presses, planer, etc., due to processing of different materials require different speeds, so many opportunities for use of frequency control, spindle structure commonly used AC motor drive and servo motor , the motion passed through the belt drive shaft, so that the spindle reaches a certain speed, to complete the cutting. Now that the economy CNC machine tools in general use the drive as the drive components. In this paper, general machine tools CNC machine tools and drive the transformation of the spindle frequency control system application requirements, the paper introduces Rockwell Automation's general-purpose low-voltage inverter PowerFlex4 solutions and implementations.
