摘 要
介紹了電機(jī)油箱外殼的模具設(shè)計(jì)過程。通過對(duì)零件進(jìn)行工藝分析、制定了合理的工藝方案。然后根據(jù)工藝方案進(jìn)行了毛坯尺寸計(jì)算、排樣、沖壓工藝力的計(jì)算、彈性元件的選用、凸凹模工作部分尺寸和公差的確定。進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)出一套模具,包括落料拉深模、脹形模、沖孔翻邊模等
