摘    要


本文設計了一種汽車發(fā)動機取力器,這種取力器由于其特有的優(yōu)點而應用廣泛。隨著改革開放的深入,中國社會經濟和交通環(huán)境有了明顯的改善,各行業(yè)對專用汽車尤其是重型專用汽車的需求越來越大。重型自卸車、散裝水泥車、混凝土攪拌車、高空作業(yè)車、消防車、灑水車、市政用車、油田專用車等重型專用汽車將更加受到用戶的青睞。而這些專用汽車大多裝有一個重要的零件,就是取力器,目前市場上的專用汽車的種類十分繁多,所以對應的取力器的種類也很多,安裝方法和位置也是各有不同,性能也參差不齊。因此,設計一種容易操作、性能優(yōu)越的取力器成為了一種必要。本文所研究的是一種發(fā)動機取力器,它的優(yōu)點是結構緊湊,持續(xù)工作時間篅@?,它不受汽车离合祈d母扇牛灰⒍ぷ鰨宦劾牒掀鞔τ諍沃止ぷ髯刺?,取力器都能正常工做棧因此发动机取力祈d難蟹⒂兇胖匾囊庖?。栽r敬紊杓乒討?,作者粙咂了滋d巴?、部装图簷E匾慵跡⑶易雋訟嚶Φ男:思撲?,提畴h松杓品槳浮�

ABSTRACT

  This paper designed a kind of power take-off of automobile,this kind of power take-off is extensively used because of its special advantage.With the policy of reform and opening-up,the Chinese social economy and the transportation environment had an obvious improvement.Special automobile is needed everywhere,and the quantity needed is larger and larger.Special automobile like heavy type self-discharging wagon,bulky cargo cement car,concrete mixer truck,overhead working truck,fire engine,sprinkler truck,city truck,the oil-field special truck etc. will be more welcomed by the customers.Amost all of these special automobiles have an important accessory, the power take-off. The category of the special automobiles in the market is very numerous currently, so the category of the power take-offs are also numerous. The ways of installment of these power take-offs are all different and the positions where they will be fixed are also different,so the performance of these power take-off are all different.Therefore,to design a kind of power take-off with high quality and easy to operate is necessary.What this paper study is a kind of engine power take-off.Its advantage is the tightly packed structure,long time to keep on working, and it is free from the interference of the automobile clutch.As long as the machine is working, in spite of the clutch is coalesced or not,the power take-off can work normally.The development of engine power take-off has outstanding significance.In the process of designing,the author made the general assembly drawing,part assembly drawing,and some important part drawing,and the author also did some corresponding checking analysis,made out the designing project.
