摘 要
可編程序控制器(Programmable controller)簡稱PLC,由于PLC的可靠性高、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、靈活通用、使用方便、維護(hù)簡單,所以PLC的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域在迅速擴(kuò)大。對(duì)早期的PLC,凡是有繼電器的地方,都可采用。而對(duì)當(dāng)今的PLC幾乎可以說凡是需要控制系統(tǒng)存在的地方就需要PLC。尤其是近幾年來,PLC的成本下降,功能又不段增強(qiáng),所以,目前PLC在國內(nèi)外已被廣泛應(yīng)用于各個(gè)行業(yè)。本設(shè)計(jì)是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)送料小車的手動(dòng)和自動(dòng)化的轉(zhuǎn)化,改變以往小車的單純手動(dòng)送料,減少了勞動(dòng)力,提高了生產(chǎn)效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)!而且本送料小車的設(shè)計(jì)是由于工作環(huán)境惡劣,不允許人進(jìn)入工作環(huán)境的情況下孕育而成的。本文從第一章送料小車的系統(tǒng)方案的確定為切入點(diǎn),介紹了為什么選用PLC控制小車;第二章介紹了送料小車的應(yīng)達(dá)到的控制要求;第三章根據(jù)控制要求進(jìn)行了小車系統(tǒng)的具體設(shè)計(jì),包括端子接線圖、梯形圖(分段設(shè)計(jì)說明和系統(tǒng)總梯形圖)和程序指令設(shè)計(jì);最后得出結(jié)論。

ABSTRACT
Programmable logic controller referred to PLC ,because of the high reliability PLC adaptability,flexibility,environment,use convenient,simple maintenance,so the application of PLC in the rapidly expanding. In early PLC ,always have relays place,can use. But in today's PLC to control system that almost say there is need of place of PLC. Especially in recent years, the cost of PLC , function and not increase, so,at the moment,PLC at home and abroad,has been widely used in various industries.
In order to achieve the design of the car feed the transformation of manual and automated,simple to change the past,car manual feed,a reduction of the workforce, increased productivity,automated production! Feeding and the car is designed to be as a result of bad working conditions are not allowed to enter the working environment of the circumstances formed. This article from the first chapter of the feed system of the car identified as an entry point to introduce a car Why choose PLC control; Chapter II introduced the car feed the control requirements to be met; Chapter III under the control of the car system to carry out the specific design,including the terminal wiring diagram,ladder diagram (Sub-total system design descriptions and ladder) and procedures for instruction design; the final conclusion.
