我國幼兒園男教師的職業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析



摘要: 我們幼兒園中男女教師比例嚴(yán)重失衡，引發(fā)諸多問題，通過對(duì)我國幼兒園男教師的職業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述，希望能對(duì)解決這些問題提供幫助。研究者普遍認(rèn)為男教師入園有利于幼兒的健康發(fā)展，但是實(shí)際證據(jù)較少，只是集中在個(gè)案的研究，另外，在鼓勵(lì)男教師入園的過程中忽視了女性的角色平等，這為以后的研究提供了方向。

Abstract: There is a serious gender imbalance of kindergarten teachers which has caused many problems, hoping to help solve these problems through summarize the professional research of male teachers in early childhood education. The researchers generally hold that increasing male teachers contribute to the healthy development of children, but most of them focused on the case studies and little actual evidence, in addition, the equality of females is ignored when encourage increasing male teachers , which can be the direction of future research.
