摘 要
本課題最初在翻閱大量資料的前提下完成了調(diào)研報(bào)告和一篇外文翻譯。在調(diào)研報(bào)告中介紹了機(jī)械制造工藝的現(xiàn)狀。簡單的說明了本次設(shè)計(jì)的研究內(nèi)容、研究方法,以及進(jìn)度安排等,使后續(xù)工作可以有條不紊的進(jìn)行。外文翻譯主要關(guān)于材料制備在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)理論中的新趨勢和新問題,在全面綜述材料制備機(jī)械技術(shù)及設(shè)備發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了研究領(lǐng)域的幾個(gè)新問題和發(fā)展方向。
本次研究對(duì)零件進(jìn)行合理的工藝設(shè)計(jì),包括零件每一道工序的選用設(shè)備、切削刀具、切削用量、定位方式等,并要求繪出工序圖。另外要求對(duì)某夾具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。使學(xué)生能把所學(xué)的機(jī)械制造工藝,金屬切削原理及工藝裝備設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)系統(tǒng)有機(jī)結(jié)合起來,為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨(dú)立的分析問題和解決問題的能力打下良好基礎(chǔ)。
本設(shè)計(jì)是CA6140制動(dòng)桿零件的加工工藝規(guī)程及一些工序的專用夾具設(shè)計(jì)。CA6140杠桿零件的主要加工表面是平面及孔。一般來說,保證平面的加工精度要比保證孔的加工精度容易。因此,本設(shè)計(jì)遵循先面后孔的原則。并將孔與平面的加工明確劃分成粗加工和精加工階段以保證孔的加工精度?;鶞?zhǔn)的選擇以杠桿 外圓面作為粗基準(zhǔn),以 孔及其下表面作為精基準(zhǔn)。先將底面加工出來,然后作為定位基準(zhǔn),在以底面作為精基準(zhǔn)加工孔。整個(gè)加工過程選用組合機(jī)床。在夾具方面選用專用夾具??紤]到零件的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸簡單,夾緊方式多采用手動(dòng)夾緊,夾緊簡單,機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)簡單,且能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
在本次學(xué)習(xí)中基本了解夾具設(shè)計(jì)和原理,夾具方面的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握的也得到牢固,進(jìn)一步明確了設(shè)計(jì)部件的層次,同時(shí)訓(xùn)練了電腦繪圖軟件在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用。使整體的設(shè)計(jì)能力得到了很好的提高和鍛煉。

Abstract
At first I have red large amounts of data to complete the research report and a foreign language translation. The research report describes the status of the mechanical manufacturing process. A simple description of the contents of this study design, methods, and the progress of the arrangements. Those are the conditions for work .Foreign language translation mainly about the new trends and new problems in the theory Materials of Mechanical Design. After Summarizing the Materials Mechanical Technology and development of Equipment, it proposed several new areas of research and development issue.
It is a rational design of parts in this study, including equipment, cutting tools, cutting, positioning, etc., and drawing the process diagram. Another requirement is designing a fixture. So that students can learn and combine mechanical manufacturing processes, metal cutting equipment, design principles and basic knowledge of systems technology ,To improve the analysis of problems independent and the skills of solving problem.
This paper is to design the craft processes of making the CA6140 lever spare parts and some specialized tongs in the process. The CA6140 lever spare part primarily processes the surface and bores. Generally speaking, to guarantee the accuracy of the flat surface process is easier than that of the bore. Therefore, this design follows the principle that surface first and then the bore, and definitely divides the process of flat surface and bore into coarse processes and precise processes to guarantee the bore processes. The basic choice is to consider 45 outside circle as rough basis and to consider 25 bore and its next surface as precise basis. The bottom is first processed out to be fixed position basis, and process the bore using the bottom as the precise basis. The whole processes choose the machine bed. In the aspects of tongs choosing, specialized tongs are used. In consideration of the simple construction size of the spare parts, clipping by hands is adopted. It is simple, and the organization design is simple, and can satisfy the design request.
In this study I have learned fixture design and principles, the rudiment of jig have also been acquired firm, at the same time I have a text about the skill of computer designing level, while training in the computer graphics software in the mechanical design. The overall design is a very good capacity to improve and exercise.
