關于企業(yè)資本結構優(yōu)化問題的探討

摘　　要
 資本結構是企業(yè)理財的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)，也是公司治理的關鍵。資本結構是否合理將會直接影響到企業(yè)目前和將來的發(fā)展狀況，甚至會影響到企業(yè)的生死存亡。隨著我國社會主義市場經濟的發(fā)展和現代企業(yè)制度的建立，企業(yè)的籌資渠道和籌資方式日趨多元化，資本結構的優(yōu)化已成為現代企業(yè)籌資決策中的核心問題。
 本文在充分研究國內外資本結構文獻的基礎上，介紹了資本結構的相關概念及資本結構理論的發(fā)展史。從理論上分析企業(yè)資本結構的目標、影響因素及定量決策分析方法。最后提出我國企業(yè)資本結構存在的問題，并根據研究結果提出優(yōu)化我國企業(yè)資本結構的對策和建議。

Study on the problem of optimization of
capital structure

ABSTRACT

 Capital structure is the key to corporate finance and corporate governance. Capital structure is reasonable will directly affect the current and future business development, and even affect the survival of the enterprise. With the development of China's socialist market economy and modern enterprise system, corporate sources of funding and financing have become more diversified capital structure optimization has become a modern enterprise financing the core of decision-making.
 In this paper, full of domestic and foreign capital structure based on the literature, introducing the concepts of capital structure and capital structure theory's development. Theory of capital structure objectives, factors and quantitative methods of decision analysis. Finally, our capital structure problems and to optimize the results in the light of our capital structure of the countermeasures and suggestions.
