南京高科技股份有限公司財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表分析-----畢業(yè)論文

摘  要
正確組織和有效開(kāi)展經(jīng)濟(jì)分析，對(duì)于企業(yè)正確制定經(jīng)營(yíng)方針，選擇最佳方案，編制經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃，實(shí)施過(guò)程控制，合理評(píng)價(jià)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)，完善經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任，貫徹執(zhí)行國(guó)家有關(guān)方針、政策和法規(guī)，以及不斷提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有重要意義。經(jīng)濟(jì)分析具有判斷性、情報(bào)性、預(yù)防性和建設(shè)性。 
為此，本文依據(jù)全面分析與重點(diǎn)分析相結(jié)合，定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合，利用核算數(shù)據(jù)和文獻(xiàn)學(xué)者意見(jiàn)相結(jié)合對(duì)南京新港高科技股份有限公司自 2003年至 2007年的財(cái)務(wù)情況通過(guò)比率分析法從經(jīng)營(yíng)效率、盈利能力、償債能力、現(xiàn)金流量比率、成長(zhǎng)能力和資本構(gòu)成六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行縱向和橫向，由內(nèi)到外地剖析和評(píng)價(jià)，再通過(guò)杜邦分析法對(duì)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行綜合分析和評(píng)價(jià)，最后對(duì)近幾年來(lái)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析，并提出建議。

Abstract
Right Organization and development economy analysis are very important and valuable to business enterprise. With that company can choose the best project, draw up management to plan, implement process control, reasonable eva luation business enterprise economic activities, perfect and economic responsibility, carry through performance nation relevant policy and laws, and raise an economic performance to have important meaning continuously.
For that, this report using Nanjinggaoke’s finance reports from 2003 to 2007 years to according to analyze Nanjinggaoke company, combine full analysis together with point analysis, combine qualitative analysis together with quantitative analysis, combine making use of to check data together with the advises of the cultural heritage scholar's opinion to. Ratio analysis method includes management performance analysis, profit ability analysis; repay debt ability analysis and cash flow ratio analysis, growth ability and capital composing analysis. To carry on lengthways with horizontal, from inside arrive other parts of country analysis and eva luation, again through method's financial standing to business enterprise of the DuPont analysis. Finally conduct a medium existent problem to carry on analysis to company and put forward a suggestion。
