AIS在船上應(yīng)用的研究

[摘要] 船舶自動(dòng)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)（AIS）是一種新型的船舶輔助導(dǎo)航設(shè)備，國(guó)際海事組織已經(jīng)通過了AIS強(qiáng)制性安裝規(guī)定。其主要功能是利用VHF通信方式，按照SOTDMA通信協(xié)議，在任意海域內(nèi)實(shí)時(shí)進(jìn)行多船間、船岸間的動(dòng)、靜態(tài)航行信息以及其他航行安全相關(guān)信息的動(dòng)態(tài)交換。目的為船舶航路監(jiān)視、避碰以及惡劣天氣狀況下的安全航行提供連續(xù)準(zhǔn)確的信息和可靠的通信手段。本文結(jié)合自己在海上的經(jīng)歷，介紹了AIS的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、工作原理、存在的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)，探討AIS在船舶上的運(yùn)用和對(duì)前景的展望。

Study on the Application of AIS in Navigation

[Abstract]  Automatic Identification System (AIS) is one kind of new ships auxiliary navigation aid. The International Maritime Organization already adopted the AIS compulsory installment stipulation. Its major function uses the VHF mailing address, according to the SOTDMA communication protocol, real-time carries on tendency, the static navigation information as well as the other navigation safe related information between the ship shore between the multi-ships, dynamic exchange in the random sea area. The goal for the ships route surveillance, evades bumps as well as under the heavy weather condition safe navigation provides continuously the accurate information and the reliable means of communication. Combining with my own experience at sea, this article introduces the structure, the function 、the technical characteristic, the principle of work,  the existence merit and the shortcoming of AIS, At last ,the paper discusses the application of AIS on ships and to the prospect forecast.
