【摘要】 企業(yè)國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)的日益明顯,各國(guó)企業(yè)的國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)逐步成為經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)甚至是生存的必需。在W TO后,成功的企業(yè)只能是那些搶在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手之前把握契機(jī)的人,跟在別人后邊走將沒(méi)有出路。中國(guó)企業(yè)實(shí)施國(guó)際化已刻不容緩。現(xiàn)在正是中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)與國(guó)際市場(chǎng)接軌時(shí)期,是中國(guó)企業(yè)全面進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,因此,企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)已成為企業(yè)必須面對(duì)和解決的問(wèn)題,是企業(yè)在全球市場(chǎng)化時(shí)代取得成功的關(guān)鍵。 本文談及中國(guó)企業(yè)國(guó)際化的戰(zhàn)略,從目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)或投資區(qū)位的選擇以及國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)入模式,到競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的分析,并通過(guò)案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,從而對(duì)企業(yè)國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)提出一些拙見(jiàn)。

The Study on Internationalization
Strategy of Chinese Corporation
【Abstract】Globalization is an inevitable trend in the development of the world economy.Involved in the fabric of international relations characterized by an economic globalization,all the countries-developing or developed-in the world are confronted with the dilemma in the matter of policy-making.While globalization of the world economy is affording all the developing countries with an opportunity for taking advantage of the“trend of belated development”,it makes them subjected to great risks-particularly the financial risks attending the movement of international capital.For all the developed countries,it is also ambivalent.While it provides them with greater volume of foreign trade and better investment climate,it is to cause even more critical problem of unemployment in their countries. Consequently,while the globalization is going on,regional alliance and cooperation involving a number of countries that is “regionalization” is widening and deepening.
