摘 要
一個(gè)企業(yè)的成與敗,興與衰,無(wú)不與“人”有關(guān),而人的動(dòng)物屬性是高級(jí)的是多變的,每一個(gè)個(gè)體在事物面前的表現(xiàn)也是有所不同的,要找到人的一個(gè)共同點(diǎn)那就是激勵(lì)。只有強(qiáng)有力的激勵(lì)制度才能大大的調(diào)動(dòng)人的積級(jí)性與能動(dòng)性。被稱作“經(jīng)營(yíng)之神”的日本著名企業(yè)家松下幸之助說(shuō)過(guò): “國(guó)家的興盛在于人,國(guó)家的滅亡在于人,古圣先賢,早有明訓(xùn);回顧古來(lái)歷史,經(jīng)營(yíng)事業(yè)的成敗,不容諱言,與持家治國(guó)同一道理,在于人事安排是否合誼” 。現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)普遍認(rèn)為,要搞好一個(gè)企業(yè)需要四大資源:人力資源、財(cái)力資源、物資資源和信息資源。在這四大資源中,人力資源是最重要,也是最為活躍的資源,是其它三個(gè)資源的動(dòng)力資源。毫無(wú)疑問(wèn),人力資源的開(kāi)發(fā)和管理,應(yīng)該成為所有企業(yè)管理者關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。而國(guó)有企業(yè)是整個(gè)企業(yè)集合中的一個(gè)重要元素,是國(guó)有資本的一個(gè)重要來(lái)源,國(guó)有企業(yè)動(dòng)力來(lái)源于人,而人的動(dòng)力來(lái)源與人的思想變化,激勵(lì)制度正是讓思想變化的重要手段,本文將從現(xiàn)代化國(guó)有企業(yè)的人才資源現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)代化國(guó)有企業(yè)的人才管理等入手,進(jìn)行一些初步的論述與探討人在激勵(lì)制度下國(guó)有企業(yè)大軍怎么突起。
