摘 要
從工業(yè)化開(kāi)始以來(lái)，無(wú)論是國(guó)內(nèi)還是國(guó)外，人們一直在存貨管理的理論和實(shí)踐方面不斷探索和研究，先后提出了許多存貨管理模式和方法，并在實(shí)踐運(yùn)用中取得了良好的效果。在我國(guó)，由于存在多種原因的影響，使存貨管理中存在許多問(wèn)題[1]。如我國(guó)從計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)間不長(zhǎng)，傳統(tǒng)的存貨管理思想和方法至今還在約束人們的思想行為，制約著先進(jìn)的存貨管理理論在實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用和發(fā)展，使得我國(guó)企業(yè)總體的存貨管理水平不高，最突出的問(wèn)題是庫(kù)存量一直居高不下，甚至呈上升趨勢(shì)。
現(xiàn)今，存貨是滿足企業(yè)正常生產(chǎn)和銷(xiāo)售需要而持有的流動(dòng)性資產(chǎn)，是能夠給企業(yè)帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)利益流入的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)資源。目前，我國(guó)的企業(yè)存貨資金占整個(gè)資金總量的20％，30％左右[19]，甚至有的企業(yè)(如房地產(chǎn)類(lèi)的企業(yè))該比率達(dá)50％以上，這決定著企業(yè)存貨資金管理在整個(gè)資金流管理中舉足輕重；同時(shí)也表明存貨資金沉淀現(xiàn)象較為嚴(yán)重和普遍，增加了企業(yè)資金使用成本和存貨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成本。
在設(shè)計(jì)中通過(guò)對(duì)xxx石油裝備制造公司報(bào)表等資料收集與整理，結(jié)合對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)際調(diào)查、詢問(wèn)、觀察等方法，了解企業(yè)存貨管理水平和存貨質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)存貨管理中存在的問(wèn)題，找出存貨管理存在問(wèn)題的原因，進(jìn)一步分析影響存貨管理的因素；再?gòu)挠绊懘尕浌芾淼囊蛩亟嵌瘸霭l(fā)，聯(lián)系存貨管理中存在的問(wèn)題，結(jié)合ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的案例，對(duì)目前在企業(yè)廣泛使用的ERP管理軟件中有關(guān)存貨管理模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明，且有針對(duì)性地提出改進(jìn)和完善ERP管理軟件關(guān)于存貨業(yè)務(wù)流程和內(nèi)部控制設(shè)計(jì)的建議[3]，從而提出加強(qiáng)存貨管理的措施。通過(guò)對(duì)存貨管理進(jìn)行分析和研究，旨在加強(qiáng)企業(yè)存貨管理，保證企業(yè)存貨資金安全，保持資金持續(xù)的良性循環(huán)，提高存貨周轉(zhuǎn)率[23]，降低資金使用成本和庫(kù)存貶值損失風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提高存貨資金的使用效率和效益，實(shí)現(xiàn)資金在該環(huán)節(jié)增值，使企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)中獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，謀求進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。

Abstract
From the beginning of industrialization at home and abroad，people make exploration and study in the management of stock in theory and practice．They put forwards many methods and patterns about inventory management，put them into use and got the good results．In our country, influenced by many factors，there exist some problems in inventory management．Since it is a short time of the transformation from planned economy to market economy the traditional pattern of inventory management still restrict people，though and behavior as well as the application and development of the advanced theory of the inventory management．As a result，the general level of management in inventory management is not so high in the enterprise of our country．The most prominent problem is the inventory level keeps high；even it shows the rising tendency．
Nowadays inventory is a kind of fluid assets that call satisfy the normal production and sales needs．It is also an important economic resource that can bring economic benefits to the enterprise．Nowadays，the stock funds of the enterprise in our country occupy about26％,30％of the total funds,the rate can even arise to 50％in some enterprises(such as real estate enterprises．It determines that the management of stock funds plays an essential role in the entire funds management．Meanwhile it also shows that the phenomena of precipitation of stock funds are quite common and serious，which lead to the raise of the capital costs and inventory risk costs．
This thesis collects and refreshes the statements of bohai oil equipment made corporation，combined with the survey、information and observation，realize the status quo of the level and quality of inventory management．Then find out the problem from it and the reason,
andanalyze many factors that influence the inventory management(market risk,technical risk,information technology,the level of inventory management in enterprise)．The thesis also starts from some factors that influence the inventory management，in connection with the problem in the inventory management and cases of the application of ERP system，and finally put forwards the advices and measures in strengthening the inventory management. The key points are to improve and perfect the essential institution of the enterprise and the design of ERP software about business process of inventory management and the internal control．After the analysis and study of the inventory management，the aim is to strengthen the inventory management in enterprise and make sure the safety of corporate stock funds，maintain the virtuous cycle of sustained capital，improve inventory turn over, reduce capital cost and the risk of inventory deva luation losses，raise the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of stock funds，add the capital in this cycle，and make the enterprise get competitive advantages to seek the further development．
