摘 要

煤氣的初步冷凝、輸送及初步凈化,是煉焦化學(xué)產(chǎn)品回收工藝過程的基礎(chǔ)。本設(shè)計(jì)為年產(chǎn)150萬噸焦炭焦化廠煤氣預(yù)處理工段的初步設(shè)計(jì),該工段主要分為煤氣的初步冷卻、焦油和氨水的分離和煤氣的輸送三部分。設(shè)計(jì)中采用了間接橫管式初冷的工藝流程,選擇的是負(fù)壓操作,即電捕器在鼓風(fēng)機(jī)前。該工藝具有效率高、占地省、操作簡單、投資省、運(yùn)行成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已經(jīng)在我國廣泛使用。設(shè)計(jì)遵循“經(jīng)濟(jì)合理、安全環(huán)?!钡仍瓌t,對(duì)工藝論證、工藝選擇、工藝計(jì)算、設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)及選型進(jìn)行了論述。

Initial condensation of gas, transmission and initial purification,chemical products of coking based recovery process.The design for the annual output of 150 tons of coke coke plant cold section in the preliminary design of the drum,The Section is divided into the initial cooling gas, tar and ammonia separation and gas delivery of three parts. Designed with the beginning of indirect horizontal tube cold process, the choice is negative pressure operation, that is, before the blower electric fishing devices. This technology has high efficiency, covers an area of province, simple operation, low investment, lower operating cost advantages.It has been widely used in China Design follow the "economic and reasonable, safe environmental protection" principle, to process demonstration, process calculation, equipment design and selection are reviewed in this paper.
